Nightshade Blossom = 8 Cool idea, but for two different colored mana it could be a little beefier. Nice comibnation though.
Omega Goblin = 8 another well made card, but yeah the keyword does have something left to be desired. It doesn't quite represent the ability.

4/10... that whole Lucid Dreams ability is going to be a pain in the ass for rulings. it's a good idea, but one that's gonna cause alot of headaches.

Unlocked Potential = 7 Really a challenging card to make, something that combos with Squire. It kind of makes for a goofy card. "vanilla weenie" seems almost unglued. Nice flavor text. I think the unflipped part should be called Locked Potential or just Potential... unlocked kind of seems like when it is flipped. I like your ideas, just a rough challenge making for a convoluted card.
Cumbersome Vines :2mana::symg::symg:

Defender
Non-flying creatures have defender. Vast vestiges of vivacious vines vex the view of the valiant and villainous alike.
3/4
Make "the missing card" from your favorite expansion.
Perhaps...4? 5? I'm not really sure. It favors flying in a big way, which is odd for green. It's pretty much a mono-green Magus of the Moat, only better as it's harder to kill. Not a bad concept, having vines entangling something, but as is it requires a lot more work within a set with the usual color pie.
Malil, the Warden's Second 7
Legendary Artifact Creature - Golem
Malil has shroud. Any player may pay GGGG to ignore this effect until end of turn. ,t or ,t, Sacrifice an artifact: If Malil is in play, tap Malil and target creature an opponent controls. Each deals damage equal to its power to the other creature.

Ooo, I like, however it could shut down so many white decks early game. It's like anti-Celestial Dawn. While Blood Moon esque, I think that cutting off an entire color mana (unless you run green Enchant destroy) is a little undercosted at 1RR Maybe a cumulative upkeep? I'd say 6/10.

Hmm... an interesting intersection of effects, though its typically blue/white second sentence seems a bit of a stretch, and I think it's weird that only red creatures take the damage - red is usually pretty generous when it comes to fire. I think you mean something more along the lines of "they do not untap during their controller's next untap step;" as worded, it's pretty useless at sorcery speed. Also, the cost is pretty high even for something typically off-limits to red, especially considering the fact that the first effect will usually be a fairly big drawback unless you're playing a burn-heavy, creature-light deck. The flavor was the point of the card, though, and it's definitely tasty enough.
One other minor thing that bothers me - the name "Heat Flash" and the flavor text makes it feel like it should be an instant.
Voidcraft Funnel5
Artifact
Cumulative upkeep - Remove the top five cards of your library from the game.
Whenever you play a spell with the same name as a card in your graveyard, you may play one of those cards from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
Next: Make a card that represents global warming in Ravnica due to Izzet industry.
Voidcraft Funnel = 8, I am not a big fan of these high costed artifact combo cards, but it is a solid response Cypher's challenge and an interesting card. I could really see it printed.
Atoll Ruins
Land
Imprint - When Atoll Ruins comes into play, remove a land you control from the game.(The removed card is imprinted on this land.)
:symtap:: Add to your mana pool and one mana of any type that the imprinted land could produce. "Global warming - Global smarming; look at it this way, your mountain villa just became a beachfront estate" -Izzet industrialist.
Underwater Crater. I like the flavor. You can cast a blue spell before combat or have the option to cast a red spell during combat. And it works the same way even if it's the opponent's turn. I still think its slightly overpowered. If WotC would print something like this it would probably be with a drawback of some sort. I give it a 7.
Mairsil’s Ring Legendary Artifact – Equipment
:4mana:: Target creature opponent controls attacks you this turn if able. If that creature deals combat damage to you this turn gain control of it at end of combat then attach Mairsil’s Ring to it. Play only when Mairsil’s Ring is unattached.

Interesting. On first sight I disliked an equipment with an unattached effect. But then I noticed the subtle flavor of a cursed item that tempts some fool and then takes over his mind. Then the added ability to pump/kill it's bearer as needed if a more interesting subject appears. Brilliant! costs seem a bit steep though IMHO, taking in account you must be damaged first. 9/10 Please now tell me what to do
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
Next time edit your previous message it helps keep things cleaner.
Yggdrasyl Tree
Legendary Land Creature - Plant Fungus T: Add G to your mana pool T: Put a spore counter on Yggdrasyl Tree. Play this ability only during your upkeep.
Remove three spore counters from Yggdrasyl Tree: Put a 1/1 Saproling creature token into play.

I still don't know how to rate Land Creatures since we haven't seen many of them yet. The two abilities are just fine when printed on a legendary land. It also being a creature makes it more susceptible to removal spells so it could be considered more of a disadvantage. But it does work well with Thelon and the rest of the Thallid cards. 9/10

It's a good thing that ability is so high costed... however in a Tron deck, this would be amazing. Blue tron would be a lot more popular. Anyways, pretty basic, off of Akroma, the abilities definietly creative. I like it, oh and the fact it would be near immune to Radiance thanks to the colorless effect. I'd give it a 8/10.
