Well, it wouldn't hurt actually thinking of a name for this card. I think its overpowered. Black and red decks would be totally crippled by this card alone. To balance it out i'd probably make it lose two counters a turn.
The idea is novel and please finish the job by putting in a name. 2/10.
I'm thinking its in reference to the Bringers of Fifth Dawn
Bringer of Life's Light :7mana::symw::symg:
Creature - Bringer
You may pay rather than pay Bringer of Life's Light mana cost.
Trample
During your upkeep put up to two creature cards from your hand onto the battlefield.
6/6
next:
make a card with TWO "During your upkeep you lose <life> unless you sacrifice a <permanent type>."
I'll give it a 6/10. By itself it's not overpowered, but the fact that you could just play a Progenitus and a Darksteel Colossus for free is, eh, scary to say the least.
Vengeful Demon BBBB
Creature-Demon
Flying, Trample, Shroud
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 6 life unless you sacrifice a swamp.
At the beginning of your upkeeo, you lose 6 life unless you sacrifice a creature.
10/10 When a demon wants to exact revenge on you, suddenly everything else seems unimportant.
Since I suppose Bringer of Life's Light is supposed to be from Lorwyn, may I suggest a fix that will make it more in line with Lorwyn's themes:
Bringer of Life's Light 7GW
Creature - Bringer
Trample
You may pay WUBRG rather than pay Bringer of Life's Light's mana cost.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put up to one Giant permanent card and up to one Treefolk permanent card from your hand into play.
6/6
Vengeful Demon - Well, that's nuts! Shroud is odd in black, and only makes this thing more overpowered. However, it's not too much of a color pie stretch. It's at least really black mana-intensive, which prevents silly things being done with Dragon Fodder, but this is fun with Sengir Autocrat. The Swamp sacrifice won't mean much most of the time - Not like you'll need that mana anyway when you're swinging for 10. I like this design, but it's undercosted. 2BBBB or higher should do the trick. 7/10

Points for the name, and extra points since I'm a big fan of milling cards. The color and mana cost are crafty, since you threw in the extra color, but I personally see it costing 1 or 2 mana more, especially since it's an instant.
The effect is good; milling a fair amount of cards , but there's also that possibly huge life gain thrown in as well for 6 mana. Nice flavour text, as well.

Squelching Charm: I like the idea of making this like a Command card, expect making it more or less like a "super-Charm". The abilities are solid and you will net card advantage, but it won't be extremely crushing like a Cryptic Command can be.
My only complaint is the reducing the cost thing. Something tells me that a multicolored deck would be more than happy to abuse its multicolored spells to cheat a good amount, if not all of the card's casting cost to give it very solid card advantage at instant speed.

Interesting card, although as it is, you can fortify, tap, and sac your land, and repeat this process as you see fit with no extra outside mana. Seems like fun, especially when the ultimate goes off. Most of the time, it's 2 damage and two Twincasts for 3UR.
Niv - Most of the planeswalkers have a thing where one of their little abilities abets the big ability somehow. I guess my problem is the big ability... it doesn't have synergy with any of the other ones, and I really just don't see how it fits Niv Mizzet, flavor-wise. And it's also not a "game-win" ability (unless you have 7 damage on the board to deal to them)...

I'm actually not sure what difference it makes, but there is a subtle but important one... which is why Platinum Angel is worded like that.
The thinking behind Platinum Angle is multi-player. "You can't lose the game and your opponents can't win the game" prevents a player from winning any variant of magic where victory entails something other than eliminating you. However the converse situation, simply "you can't win the game" covers all types of games.
Really if you wanted to add text to the card it should read:
"You can't win the game, and your opponents can't lose the game." But that is different than what I wanted. I didn't want the mechanic "gambit" to prohibit other players from getting eliminated from a large game.
Even though I did not agree with your critique on that point, I liked your naming of the mechanic.

Wow, this card is ridiculous... or awful... it's text is completely confusing. If you want it to read like Clone, you need to type it out because there's no rules that describe what "Clone target creature" is. Or at least make a token like Heat Shimmer does. The second and third rules sentence does nothing as "Clone" is also not described... it would need to say "That creature gains double strike, haste, and 'At end of turn, sacrifice this creature."
0 points for rules text
1 point for balancing (I mean, I still think it's too powerful, especially if there's a creature with trample around)
1 point for creativity (it's basically Heat Shimmer with blue and I think it would be better with 2WR since white is more of a double strike color)
0 points for flavor... since there is none, unless you consider making Heat Shimmer and Berserk into one card flavorful... yuck
1 point for color pie correctness-sure, red and blue copy things... red has double strike, exiling it doesn't really do much (should be sacrifice).

Hmm... maybe too much, but I tried to reduce the text on Eternal Dragon so that templating wouldn't be too much of an issue... of course it had to fly!
Reality Chewer:
Man, that'll be a block of text on a real card. It's definitely a cool effect though, and clearly an homage to E-dragon. My only problem is that all the costs on it are really high (which is fair), but actually playing it might be frustrating, as you end up looking at two different expensive costs as it's trapped in your hand in the early game. That's probably ok though.

1/1
Next:

Gnomish Imagecrafter seems like an uncommon due to it's descriptive ability. At first it looks like you're putting 2 damage on the board out of no where, but you're actually just putting a 1/1 and a chump blocker into play. Exiling a token seems like the wrong word, maybe just sacrifice? I almost would want like a different wording to make it better like:
"Whenever this creature is put into a graveyard from play, draw a card if it attacked or blocked this turn." That way you get a chance to do something with it other than just chump blocking... but getting 2 damage out of nowhere is pretty good. I'm not sure why Gnomes would be putting out Illusions over other Gnomes (usually they're constructing or rebuilding other Gnomes). And it's not really a new tribe per say since they've been around since Legends.
1 point for rules text-I'd rather see the illusion do some damage before it leaves play, and exiling is never used when tokens are made (just sacrifice like Heat Shimmer). I noticed something I completely forgot on my last submission: "battlefield." You caught it the first time, but then said "play" later. Also, no rarity.
2 point for balancing-I could see it being printed and not busted since you're only getting 1 damage out of it (although two "chump" blockers and it replaces itself)
1 point for creativity-although gnomes are generally small and slow, they do get some unique abilities.
0 points for flavor-Gnomes have a lot of "sacrifice" abilities so I'd like to see something to that extent. No flavor text either.
1 point for color pie correctness-flash/cantrip and tokens are blue and green's usual abilities. Gnomes are usually not blue or green.
5/10
Next: Continue the Gnome tribe theme by giving them a Lord.

Hunter of Civilization
Creature- Human Warrior
Trample.
Hunter of Civilization gets +2/+2 if an opponent controls a nonbasic land.
1/1
Next:
a planeswalker.
Good name for the effect, and a strong card all together. Fits both red and green, and it seems like a good addition to a zoo deck. Fits the challenge, but it seems a slight bit powerful. Then again, I was going bananas when the Nacatl was printed.

Niv-Mizzet 3UR
Planeswalker
[+1] Draw a card. CARDNAME deals damage equal to the number of cards you've drawn this turn to target player.
[-3] Copy the next spell you would cast this turn. You may choose new targets for the copy.
[-7] Each player shuffles all cards in his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library, then draws 7 cards. Each players life total becomes 7.
[5]
Seems like fun, especially when the ultimate goes off. Most of the time, it's 2 damage and two Twincasts for 3UR.
Next: A parasitic creature
Legacy: WUB Doomsday
Standard: WUB Reanimator
But otherwise excellent 7/10
Souldrinker Wretch - 2BBB
Creature - Horror
Each other creature you control gets -1/-1.
Souldrinker Wretch gets +1/+1 for each other creature you control.

the idea is... it feeds off all your other dudes... making them weak and it strong... whatever.
next! A tri-split card ( a split card with three subcards - nevermind how it would be printed!)

9/10 Simple, balanced, flavorful, and playable. Nice card.

Make a 4 way split card.
Berserk Clone
Wanted to try something new.
----
Next: A black/white spirit dragon.
Multicolored millcards in something other than dimir.
3/10
Next: A black/white spirit dragon.
Reality Chewer 4WB
Legendary Creature-Dragon Spirit (Mythic Rare)
Flying
5WB: return ~ from your graveyard to play. Play this ability only during your upkeep.
Whenever ~ is cycled or is put into a graveyard from play, destroy target permenant.
Cycle 2WWBB (2WWBB, discard ~: draw a card).
4/4
Hmm... maybe too much, but I tried to reduce the text on Eternal Dragon so that templating wouldn't be too much of an issue... of course it had to fly!
Next: Make Tezzeret the Seeker's younger, legendary brother (creature).

U/G card for new tribe:

Flash
When Gnomish Imagecrafter enters the battlefield, put a 1/1 green and blue Illusion creature token into play with "Whenever this creature attacks or blocks, exile it and draw a card."

I'm going to stick with artifact since 6 of the 7 gnomes in Magic are artifacts (1 is red) and if you count Metrognome, that's 7/8.
Eldwar, Lord of the Gnomes 3
Legendary Artifact Creature-Gnome (Mythic Rare)
