Whenever an opponent casts a spell while this spell is on the stack, you may create two copies of Deterring Fire and choose new targets for the copies
Deterring Fire deals 3 damage to any target.
Creature - Human Cleric

Form of the Lich3BBB
You can't lose the game.
Whenever you gain life, discard that many cards.
Whenever you lose life, for each 1 life you lost, exile the top card of your library.
You may play cards exiled with ~.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, you lose the game.
Creature - Ogre Mutant
When Fire-Field Bandit enters the battlefield, gain control of target nonland permanent and draw two cards. At the beginning of the next end step, sacrifice two nonland permanents and exile your hand.
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant player or creature or planeswalker
Prevent all non-combat damage that would be dealt to enchanted player or permanent by Spirits, Vampires, Werewolves or Zombies.
Copy target instant spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
I copy your Bottleneck, my copy targets your Bottleneck and forces it to replace "target" with "target"
I don't think that actually works? Bottleneck specifies that it replaces "all" and/or "each," it doesn't let you replace "target."
That said, it does say "You chose[sic]* the target of that spell." which WOULD let you change my Bottleneck's target to another spell... if there's another one on the stack to target with it.
*Whoops, Should be choose, not chose.
So, assuming that there is another spell on the stack to change Bottleneck's target to:
Counter target spell you control. If a spell is countered this way, draw three cards.
(This is a very, very narrow design specifically fitting this situation, rather than being a general "I don't like you" for Seeing Double, if people feel it doesn't fit the spirit of the game you can skip it.)
