Even so, I think its too powerful for :symb:. Black creatures arent that efficent, and even if it does destroy it self, all you lost is one mana.
If another creature entered the battlefield, you destroy that creature and get a 3/3 permanent with wither for just one mana. Overpowerd.

Compare to Telepathy, you give them a 1/1 creature (which can attack you) to draw a card. Creatures are also more removable, and in this case sacrificable. I don't think it's a problem at one mana.
