I like it a lot. The shenanigans that could be done with this card, like shaking off any enchantments, and if used on your opponent a way to counter a permanent that's been out for awhile. The name is very oxymoronic as well, and the flavor text isn't too shabby. 8/10

Love the flavor, an octopus that loses limbs (and starts out with one gone). I would remove the word "instead" because it has him not being destroyed and regenerated. Still fun though. 7.5/10

The second i saw this card, i looked for infinite combos. I found one right away: ruin ghost. Once you get two counters, it's infinite mana. However, i feel like that's fine for a card that costs eight mana. 7/10

Legendary Creature - Leviathan Octopus

I don't feel like this is an octopus, and mostly a leviathan. It also seems like once you play one creature to trigger it (a kraken hatchling, let's say), you win. Needs a little revision, but cool concept. 5.5/10

Eight-Arm Willy :4mana::symb::symb::symu::symu:
Legendary Creature - Octopus

Interesting. Certainly good against a blue deck, but seems like it wouldn't kill too many cards because blue's creatures aren't too numerous. Fun with painter though. 5.5/10

8/8 "First you see the tentacles, then the nightmare emerges and you die" - old sailor's tales
Seems like a really fun card. Certainly has an impact on the game, and feels right in blue. However, it seems like 8 2/2s for eight mana that summon an 8/8 when they die is a bit too much. I feel like they should be 1/1s. Otherwise, fantastic. 8/10

Cool use of kicker. I think you should use just normal kicker, since you're almost garuanteed casting it once you have the mana and not waiting until you can kick it again. Seems like the finisher in Spread-em. 6.5/10

When Dreamfathom Diver enters the battlefield, search your library for eight cards and exile the rest. Put the chosen cards on top of your library in any order.
Skip your draw step.
Put a -1/-1 counter on Dreamfathom Diver: Draw a card.
8/8
I'm not a big fan of this card, for i am an EDH player. Getting any eight cards and being able to draw them all just seems a bit too powerful. I feel like he should tap to use his ability. 5.5/10
deep-see inkspitter :1mana::symu::symu:

when ~ enters the battlefield, chose 1: prevent all combat damage a source of your choice would deal this turn, or target creature doesn't untap during its controler's next untap step

Octopussy :1mana::symb::symb:
Creature - Octopus
When Octopussy comes into play, if you control an Island, destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated.

When ~ attacks, destroy target artifact as long as its controller controls an Island. Repeat this process for each Island that player controls.
:symtap:: Put a flood counter on target land.
Lands with flood counters on them are Islands in addition to their other types.
4/8
This card seems awkardly worded, but still seems fun. i love the thought of an octopus crushing those puny artifacts. 7.5/10
Gibbering Tentacles :symg::symu::symb:
Creature - Octopus Horror {R}
Gibbering Tentacles enters the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Gibbering Tentacles: Exile target creature.
When Gibbering Tentacles leaves the battlefield, return all creatures exiled by it to the battlefield.
0/0
Seems really powerful. Like, REALLY powerful. The way he's worded now, you can remove two creatures and in response, have him remove himself. With this, those two creatures are exiled forever and he comes back with four counters. Even if you make it say another target creature, he can still activate his ability four times in a row, die, and then have the abilities trigger, exiling four creatures. However, even if you make him an 0/1, he still seems a but too strong. I feel like the mana cost or something else needs to be adjusted. 4/10
So, the winner is...
Little Money!!
When i saw his card, i just squeamed with his playability in limited and his potential in standard. Have fun judging so I can make a card!
