Chaos Arena :3mana::symr:
Enchantment
When Chaos Arena comes into play each player searches his or her library for three creature cards, reveals these cards, removes them from the game face down, and then shuffles his or her library.
At the beginning of each upkeep, each player reveals one of his or her face down cards at random. The revealed cards with the lowest converted mana cost are put into play. All other revealed cards are permanently removed from the game. "May the best man lose." - Goblin Proverb
EDIT: I could swear I had that shuffle library part in there at one time... I hope this edit is not too late.
Juggling Swords RRR
Instant
Remove all land cards and cards with converted mana costs of 0 or less in your hand from the game. Then remove 3 cards in your hand from the game at random face down. Target opponent chooses one. Reveal it and flip a coin. If you win the flip, Juggling Swords deals damage equal to that card's converted mana cost to target player and all creatures he or she controls. Otherwise, Juggling Swords deals damage equal to that card's converted mana cost to you. Then return all cards removed from the game by Juggling Swords to your hand.
Fog of War 2RW
Enchantment
At the beginning of each player's main phase, that player chooses a creature and flips a coin. If you win, gain control of that creature; If you loose, target opponent gains control of that creature. Repeat this process for every creature in play. At the end of turn if either player controls no creatures, sacrifice Fog of War. After the battle, Gabbro didn't know that it was he who had slain Sapphira. At least the fog had spared him that.
For reference on balance consideration: Q: In a recent match online I Confiscated a creature during my first main phase. But when I tried to use that creature to attack, Magic Online treated it as though it had summoning sickness. Have I been playing Confiscate wrong over the years? --Eugene O.
A: Yes, MTGO is correct in giving Confiscated creatures summoning sickness. The key is that you haven't controlled the creature since the start of your most recent turn.
The Flavor text I wish I had the room to use.
As she battled through the fog she stopped when she saw it was Gabbro's axe which bore down on her. Before she could warn him, the axe found home on her neck. Her last thought was a wish he would never find out what he did.
Temporal Chaos URR
Sorcery
Flip three coins. If you lose a flip, skip your
next turn. If you win one flip, draw three cards.
If you win two flips, each player shuffles his or
her hand and graveyard into his or her library
and draws seven cards. If you win all three
flips, each player shuffles his or her hand and
graveyard into his or her library, draws seven
cards, and you take an extra turn after this one.
Flavor text I wish I could add:

Goblin Spirit Guide 2R (U)
Creature - Goblin Spirit
Any time you could play an instant, you may reveal Goblin Spirit Guide from your hand, then remove a card in your hand at random from the game. If you do, add to your mana pool "First, empty your mind... Good... Keep going... More..."
2/2
Eris, Godess of Chaos 3RR
Legendary Creature--Spirit Godess
Haste R,T: If target spell has any targets, rechoose those targets at random.
Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of a random color to his or her mana pool instead. "Enough talking. I want to hear some screaming."
5/2
(For those who haven't seen the movie: Eris is the Godess of Chaos in Sinbad, the Dreamworks cartoon version.)
Moody Goblin 3:tongue3::tongue3::tongue3::tongue3: (this is pink. If you really hate pink i guess you can pretend its red)
Creature - Goblin Berserker
As ~comes into play, roll 3 dice.
~'s power is equal to the first dice rolled.
~'s tougness is equal to the second dice rolled.
When ~ comes into play, it gains X of these abilities where X is equal to the third dice rolled: First Strike, Haste, Vigilance, Flying, Trample and Fear On some days he would feel like smashing down cities, on other days he preferred to sleep in.

I have but a small problem with the "The revealed cards with the lowest converted mana cost are put into play". What if the 2 creatures have the same ccc? I know that you mean that they both come into play, but techically there's no "lowest" cost.
Actually, techinally, both cards have the lowest and the highest converted mana costs in case of a tie. Since they are put into play first, the will not be removed from play later.
Also the card is a veritable powerhouse. It is a cripple-cranial extraction mixed with put 3 weenie creatures into play. Imagine against creatureless decks! or decks with nothing but 3 copies of morphling. I was thinking of making the cc :2mana::symr:, but was afraid you might realize how good the card really is.
Honestly it is a multiplayer card.

Flavor/ Innovation: 8 - Pretty original
Ballance: 7 - Might end up doing broken broken things...
Templating/ Design: 3 - Here's my main problem... What if you have 4 cards and roll a 6?
Randomness: 3 - Random in a controled kind of way..
--------------------------
Total: 21
Couple of issues with my scores
1) Templating/design: The point is that if you do not have a well stocked hand then my card does nothing, so if you roll a six and count from the left and there is no card to reveal, then you don't get anything, note the reference to hand size in the flavor text.
2) Balance: Think about it, the only deck type that maintains a large enough hand size to effectivley use my card is control and all cards in control are reactive, so you get a random card that you can only use on your turn = highly unlikely that the card you reveal will be useful. I also can't see a combo deck going crazy with this either because there is no control over what you get so you would need six of the card you needed in hand, unlikely.
3) Flavor/Innovation: Pretty original? I had to make a whole new template for this card, I'd say that a card must be very original if there are no reference points to work from.
P.S. Flavor and Innovation should not get lumped together as they are two very different things.
4) Randomness: How exactly is my card controlled? There is no way to modify a dice roll, but there is a way to modify coin flips, therefore shouldn't my card be more random than a coin flip card?
I don't want to sound like a whining A-hole, but could you please take another look at my scores? You don't have to change them if you think your originals were right,
but I would appreciate a second look.
