IIW: protection from <something we haven't seen before>
This is pretty cool, but might be too powerful at 2? Even by itself, it grants protection from a large percent of spot removal, and would like to see it increased to cmc3.
Gem of Persuasion0

When ~ becomes equipped to a creature, target player gains control of that creature.
You choose how equipped creature attacks and blocks each combat.

IIW: Utility enchantments
This is definitely unusual. I'm not really sure how useful it is, except maybe in multiplayer. You can't have it attack its controller, so it's basically allowing you to avoid any drawbacks that happen b/c of it (like losing 1 life to Unholy Fiend. Also, it's kinda weird that you can target yourself.
Scalding Girdle 3

I really like this one! It lets you burn your own creatures for free if you want to for some reason (or if you really need to resolve a Blasphemous Act, but want to save something), but also works as a game of hot potato.

Soulbond (You may pair this permanent with an unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)

Sword of the Chosen can't be attached to creatures it is not paired with.
Equip 2
IIW: Morph, Flip or Double-Faced cards
This is not as unusual as I'd like. Yes, it has weird abilities (soulbond doesn't technically work with noncreatures, but I'm happy to ignore that, since it is flavorful and there aren't any rules against pairing noncreatures, they just can't use soulbond), but it grants the creature it's paired with a p/t boost and a very powerful protection ability. That said, I really like the card independent of the challenge.

This game hasn't been very lively lately. I think more people would play if we had faster rounds again, but we can't have faster rounds when there are only three entries in three days so the problem kind of feeds into itself.

It's a shame, it looks like WiJ is dying :/
Yeah it's sad. I've been ready to judge a couple times but it'd be nice to have a bit of competition. Beating 2 people doesn't really feel like as much of an accomplishment as beating like 10-12.
On that note I'll judge this sometime tomorrow new entries or otherwise.

"If you blow my head off... that'll really annoy me." - Deadpool
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Exile to graveyard is on purpose: most exile effects involve a change of heart. Every time Deadpool has a change of heart, he eventually gets back in the game. Also, both recursion abilities get stopped by Grafdigger's Cage, but not Surgical Extraction style effects, since he can regrow his brain) (Equipment ability and size match the character: not physically mighty, but full of weapons!) Rudyard - I'm going to judge your more recent Agent Smith and while I love the flavor on this guy, his ability to just abduct all their creatures and get more powerful each time is a tad broken.
Headley - While I'm not familiar with Egbert I did read your link (thank you for the legwork on that!) and the general flavor seems to work fairly nicely. My first thought when it came to Breath of Wind was white but the blue does make sense as well. The effect isn't overly powerful on a legendary and the casting cost seems appropriate.
Bloodyspasm - Oh Terry Pratchet. Cool ability, definitely a nice tie in to the character and at a 5 mana casting cost it's not likely to be broken by discarding a massive cmc.
Krey - Love the flavor of this card. Definitely embodies King Koopa. Unfortunately you missed the "on to the battlefield" for the token production.
Mirrislegend - Yes Deadpool! A personal favorite. I like that instead of a regenerate ability you allowed him to be played from the graveyard. Lowered equip costs make sense too.
Anubis Ravenheart - This all comes together quite nicely. Nothing too new but it does represent Thane perfectly.
