Victoria, Her Iron Majesty 2WB
Legendary Creature - Human Knight
Other creatures you control get -1/-1 and have first strike, vigilance, and protection from converted mana cost 2 or less. "We are not amused."
4/4
Interesting interpretation! Meeting Victoria does seem like it would be demoralizing yet invigorating at the same time. And I like the 2 or less power protection, sort of representing the power of the British Empire. (Wow, I totally misread the mana cost. Sorry, it's been a long week.)
Neil Armstrong, Archmage of Space and Time 2UU
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
When ~ leaves play, you may pay 3UU. If you do, take an extra turn after this one. "One small step for a mage, one giant leap for magekind."
1/1
Let me just say this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE card title in the challenge. Nice flavor text too. The leaves play ability seems exorbitantly costed to me. If you look at Wanderwine Prophets and, well, Walk the Aeons, both of them cost this effect at 4UU (the prophets at less since you're getting a creature, and you get your championed creature back when it leaves play). I think a casting cost of 1U would've been fine if you wanted to keep the leaves play cost, or a higher p/t and lower leaves play cost. Still, I love the flavor so much, and costing nitpicks are just that -- nitpicks, easily changed.

Legendary Creature- Merfolk
Defender UUUUUUUU,T: Put eight 0/1 blue merfolk creature tokens into play. Search your library for an island and put that card into play, shuffle your library afterwards. "Either thats a flash flood or my water just broke." 1/4
I assume the island is for the octuplets to live on, or did she give birth to that too? Eww. I can't see too many real-life applications for this card, but it did make me chuckle.
Well, that is the great part of this game -- it's over pretty quick.
Trench WarfareWURBG
World Enchantment {MR}
Creatures can't attack or block.
Each creature gains, "T, Sacrifice a land: This creature deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is equal to this creature's power."
That said, I like your card. The flavor captures scorched-earth trench warfare (and its futility) perfectly. It's justifiably WUBRG too, which is always cool.

X, T: Exile the top X cards of your library. X target creatures can't block this turn. "Are you experienced?" 4/2

I'm surprised you didn't use the "I am become death, the destroyer of worlds" quote from the Bhagavad Gita in your flavor text. I'm not clear on the mechanics, since you say "as long as it remains tapped, put a counter," which doesn't make sense. Did you mean to add "during your upkeep"? Or was the counter supposed to disappear when he gets untapped (in which case what's the point)? I like the idea of the atomic explosion effect, but since I don't see how the counters work, it's hard to evaluate it.
Tesla, Lord of Lightning2RR
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
Artifact spells cost 1 less to play.
Activation costs of artifacts costs 1 less to play. RRR,:symtap:: Tesla, Lord of Lightning deals damage equal to the number of artifacts you control to target creature or player.
2/2 "Born at midnight during at electric storm, He knew he was destined to greatness."
Ohh Tesla. Forever known as "the cool one" vs. Edison. He really did frighten people just like a wizard with the power to harness lightening might have. I love how you've incorporated both the decreased cost for artifacts ("electricity") and the aggressive use of the power (I assume like a Tesla coil). The lightening effect does seem undercosted since you get it more than once and the last time such an effect was used, in Feedback Bolt, it cost 4R for a one-shot. Then again, that was part of an artifact-heavy block, so I suppose the environment would have a lot to do with the viability of this card. So the costs are all arguably plausible, and the flavor-mechanics connection is extremely strong. Nice.
This might end up just being a joke; feel free to judge it or not, if I don't add a more serious submission.

I don't understand the final sentence. Does this mean you get an extra turn and your opponent loses a turn? Or do you get to cast cards from his hand for a turn? I think this could have been more elegantly done.

I LOVE THIS CARD. You chose a personality no one else would have thought of and crafted a perfect mechanic for her. Brilliant, brilliant work. I will always and forever think of Frida as a druid. But I do think the enchantment untap makes it overpowered, and perhaps a payment of 1 with the tap ability (or making it add G for each color) would make it a bit more balanced.
