Nice job, Winter, you're first win if I'm not mistaken!
Looking back, I think I should have made the first form indestructible since you could hit it with your own "destroy" effects. Maybe added trample to the second form but who knows. In the end I decided against it because I thought it was too many abilities.

I'm not sure what x is here but the card itself isn't bad [...] In fact its pretty hard to judge this without a privilege number given your opponent can completely rinse your hand with repeated discards if its too low.
X is a mana cost you pay as it is cast. And they are the ones who discard a card.
