RedDeath: Exiling my hand for a mediocre creature? That should be less than free, not 4BB. I wouldn't want to do it once, let alone exile more cards to do it again. Your dreams have not been realized.
Wilsonbiggs: This card is interesting, but unbalanced in terms of design. Green is just as much an ally to white as black is to blue so why is ot excluded from the protections? Why do you need the reminder text about its colors? Hint: you don't. Your dreams are average.
raygun: Statistically speaking, humans are white. So why is white self-hating? Are you a space alien whose dream it is to wipe out wall human life? Didn't you get the memo, aliens don't dream.
Brofaux: Great concept and really cool. Unfortunately something tells me its a little too powerful. Anything that can give you a 15/15 (feeding it Emrakul) for three mana sets off my alarm bells. Granted, if it had dropped then in your graveyard, it would have been unquestionably, wildly broken so that was a good dodge there, but I think this mY be above the curve. Your dreams are too big for me to handle.
Wintersprig: So close! There is so much potential for greatness in this card! Unfortunately, cantripping it and the colors wrecked that. Cantrips are for cards that don't always have a use/their second ability is pretty much useless. This card is both consistently useful on offense and on defense and has a good effect. The second problem is that neither blue nor black give boosts to toughness, that is almost solely white and sometimes green. If this card had beelost the cantrip and been instead, I can almost guarantee it would have won. Your dreams may yet come true.
Daiches: Now this is certainly cool. There are plenty of creatures I'd prefer to keep tapped than let green Lure to death. I'm not a fan of single purpose counters but, then again, what are you gunna do? Your dreams have abducted mine.
Ninja Caterpie: You gotta think big to win big, and this SOB certainly doesn't want for size. It actually reminds me of a Daesseclus or Lisandarian in a lot of ways. If you don't kill it quickly it'll get so big you won't be able to deal with it. I like it but the power level is hard to judge and there's no rarity (I'm going to go out on a limb and say mythic....) Your dreams smell of summer days and wine.
Prophy: Growling at the permanent card advantage for the transient tap cost. Growl. Your dreams are a waterfall.
nope: This encounters the same problem as Prophy's but on the other end of the spectrum. Cards don't often have you draw or someone else discard more than one card at the lower costevels because that inherently causes card advantage which is a very very serious advantage over an opponent. Your dreams are beautiful yet unsubstantiated.
Mad King's Hand: This card just makes me sad. First of all, one-purpose counter. Second of all, tapping creatures and having them stay tapped is a fun drain. Third, it gets more powerful as the opponents defenses get weaker? Win-more. I like the flavor but dislike the execution. Your dreams will not be realized.
eskimorage: Yes! Now this, I can get behind! Makes everything into an illusion? Lesser cost, sacrificed. Very cool. Your dreams spin me right round.
Bloody: Useless in a any deck besides a w/u. Also, we don't use walls anymore. So I'm going to have to say no to this one. On a sidenote, your flavor text is win. Your dreams are strangely from 1996.
Sammy: Too many words... The flavor gives no reason for the variable ability. Separately, they're interesting and well-costed, but that's just it, it should have been two cards. Your dreams have split-personality disorder.
