Was just going for flavor, not balance:) *sigh* fixed.
If you cast it with no lands, it gets no counters, the "when the last counter is removed" will never trigger. I have no problem with ppl getting it into play with less than 5 real lands. Get it in with one land, good for you, bad for opp.

I shudder at the possibilities. There are so many fair (and many more broken) ways to get this down with one or two counters very early. I would petition for this card to be banned in my playgroup if it was printed like this.

Whenever a creature with at least one -1/-1 counter is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, instead put into the battlefield under your control. It loses all it’s creature supertypes and types and becomes a black artifact creature-phyrexian as long as it’s in the battlefield. BBB: Target permanent becomes an artifact permanent permanently.
Metalcraft- Sacrifice an artifact permanent you control: search your library for an artifact permanent, show it to your opponent and put into the battlefield under your control.Shuffle your library afterwards.
Use this ability only if you control 4 or more artifacts.

2. "Phyrexian" isn't a creature type, and for good reason. It would be like making "Mirran" or "Esperite" a type.
