Time Spiral had cards that had links to other, older, and nostalgic cards. Planar Chaos, representing the present over the past, has shifted cards to another color, slightly changing effects to fit the flavor, some near identical, while others completely different, like Akroma.
So, I present to you, the Timeshift and Planeshift Game.
Massive Edit: I am know changing the format so everyone understands it.
So you've chosen a card to request to be remade. What now? Include next to your request card what process you want it to go throgh. When you post your request card, you can choose up to one of the following processes for remaking a card, that the next person will do.
1) Timeshift: make a brand-new card that refers or alludes to the previous, such as verdant embrace, that refers to the Embrace cycle from Urza's Saga and verdant force.
2) Planeshift: make this card an exact copy of the previous card, except it is now in a new color, with new flavor, and all that. Be sure to include flavortext, otherwise it would be boring. One of these cards in real life is Piracy Charm, planeshifted from funeral charm.
3) Alternate: When this person requests an alternate, make that card in a new color with new abilities that match that color. A famous example is Akroma, Angel of Wrath to Akroma, Angel of Fury. Note: It does not have to be Legendary. You can do something like morphling to torchling as well.
4) Futureshift: Now available! Create an offspring of a Legend! Or, create a strange futuristic card based off of the suggested card. You may create new elements that might include: Riggers, contraptions, Planeswalker, and other new things.
All clear? Please, if something is requested for planeshifting, it must be exactly the same, except for color and flavor text.
