I hate Gilded Lotus, so a more in flavor Lotus (one off use) at a cost that can be printed (stealing the Amplify/Scent of Jasmine style of ability, only to reduce cost).
Black Lotus reference, Type 2 pun, rarity joke, I lurv it.
I'm well aware of Stax in all it's various forms (my username led me to love the deck. :p). Maybe I'll add a CitP tapped bit to it. I think this may actually be more powerful for extended, where the Artifact Lands see play, as opposed to T1 that leaves it out. T1 would likely run a copy, but without artifact lands it's only a 0 mana card in a 1 non-artifact hand (on the play) or 2 non-artifact hand (on the draw). Given the amount of colored spells in Stax and Slaver and such, to say nothing of lands, I don't think this would be too OP there. Still, the come into play tapped should add a safety buffer.
I would like to throw it out there that my Bloodlicker Murlodont was supposed to have "damage dealt this turn" on the text of the first ability. The way it is currently worded would suggest that once you've hit 3 damage on the target, you can go to town.
That aside, it seems that people figured out what I wanted it to do, so I guess all is well. I've just got to play it more carefully from now on, I think.
Seems like a lot of people have given up. Last week we had like 22-24 people now we have about 12-15. Must have been a rough weekend.
Any word on changing the DCC banner? I do not know any photo shop people.
I really liked orgolove's art, I just feel that the card should have said "your life total becomes 1" or something in that last ability. If you lose the game, your probably at 0 or lower life, so even if you can't lose until the end of the turn, your going to lose at the next upkeep. And the way the card is worded, that would make the game end in a draw right then and there (assuming a two player game).
Or is that the point? Oh, IC, if your going to lose the game, it draws the game instead... weird way to make a card like that.....
I was thinking a lot more along the lines of a 1v1v1v1v1v1v1v1 etc. multiplayer game. I.e. even if you lose, you can give a "Scarlet Letter" to an opponent... who cannot win unless he or she has removal, but also will not be attacked that much, lest he or she be branded with the enchantment.
I envisioned a "disease" of sorts when designing the card.
Edit: Also, thanks...

My dream: to win a FCC with a flip card or a split card.
I don't really understand what GetItWrong is trying to get out of his card. Is there something I'm missing? All I see are a few cute tricks.
It's also colorless (hence the "ghostly"). Not nearly as useful in green as in red, of course, but it does get around some hosers. Also, what Solesticio said (thanks!).
Un cards can get votes, but "The Banhammer" has been over done.
And your version was much less playable than Look at Me, I'm the DCI. (Which is balanced IMO)
Nobody digs the one drop with a super power, huh? You can block infinite creatures...for one mana! Grrr...awesome card for green/white aggro I thought, with Righteousness and Giant Growth...its card advantage in disguise.
Anywhoosel, I hope you all understand my submission for tommorrow.
It really ought to be R/, as Black doesn't do mana accel anymore.
I went with Stax's card. I like it, although it probably wouldn't be too competitive. Good job on the naming, too. I liked MonsterX's Ball Lightning/Avalanche Riders variant, too.
Academy Church overshot and missed the obvious, I think.
You know that I had submitted a render every single day for the past two months for each of my DCC cards...
With the newly instituted policy on arts, I may be unable to continue doing this. A lot of the art I find on google cannot be attributed to a single person... and I'm guessing a simple web address might not suffice. :/
Boo.

Oh. Well, I suspected that, but didn't want to bother a judge about a simple DCC card.
It would be, then,
"You may play this card any time you could play an instant by sacrificing up to three permanents and paying the difference in mana costs between this and the sacrificed permanents. Mana cost includes color."
@Soron, it wasn't done on purpose. I looked at the "offering" mechanic, and thought of a way to use it. And the "instantability" was intended.

[GTC] Gatecrash Patch for MWS (249/249)
This card has my attention. Is there any reason to play this over Endure?

I gave up from trying to require the 'i' on my name: SolesticIo

Make a card called Long For This World.
A big thank you to Spiderboy4 at High~Light Studios for the awesome banner.

I PM'd AoK about it; haven't heard anything.
Kinda disappointed The Banhammer isn't getting votes, but I've noted that Un cards tend not to do very well.

I wish orgolove had not made a card so much like mine. (Little known fact: the 'offering' makes it an instant)
Thanks to Spiderboy4 of High~Light for the above sig banner.
I happen to run a game for a set:
The Safeguard Custom Card Competition
I happen to be working on another set:
Peddler's Empire
