This is gonna be hard, I'm gonna take the mana production, vampire stuff, and i guess from Equinox I'm gonna take the idea that losing your lands might be beneficial, or at least you dont mind having your lands blown up??? cause those abilitys on equinox just dont fit vampires at all :/ (so just like equinox would hose land destruction decks, so would this, sac the targeted land in response to pump your vamp)

Choose a creature you control and target creature an opponent controls. Switch control of those creatures (this effect doesn't end at the end of turn). The creature your opponent gained control of doesn't untap during it's controller's untap step as long you control creature his/her creature.

~ dosen't untap during your untap step. RRGG: If ~is tapped, untap it, copy target instant or sorcery spell, you may choose new targets for the copy and ~ gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is it's power.

Ah ha ha. This is a good combination of those cards and a fun way to win... a group game maybe? LOL I think this is a balanced "I win" card. No?
