The rules are simple make a card that combos and goes infinite in any way (draws, turns, mana, tokens, etc.) with the card that was last posted.
for example person 1 makes a card then person 2 makes a card that combos infinitely with person 1's card then person 3 makes a card that combos infinity with person 2's card
try not to make too narrow cards
I'll start

Enchantment
whenever a player draws a card each other player draws a card
Get it?
Ok, jokes aside, I'll give the contest a try in earnest, let's try starting over with a card that doesnt go infinite alone.
Pot o' Juju - 6
Artifact
Creatures you control have persist.
Not the most original card, but it should be an easy enough start.
Better way to word it, "Whenever a player conducts his or her Draw Phase, each other player draws a card," or, to keep better in touch with the card, "Whenever a player draws a card except by the effect of Mental Justice, each other player draws a card."
Pot o' Juju - 6

Not the most original card, but it should be an easy enough start.
Might absorption 2BG
enchantment
whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control you may sacrifice a creature, if you do put a +1/+1 counter on that creature
badly formatted but this should do for infinite recursion

Artifact Creature - Construct Artificer
Creatures you own have Modular 1
Whenever you would sacrifice a creature, you may put a token onto the battlefield that is a copy of that creature.
3/3
Essentially, you play this and another creature, cast a creature, sacrifice the second creature, get the token, sacrifice the creature you just played, repeat until bored. Problem is, it only works with artifact creatures.
Maneater Hydra 3RR
~ enters the battlefield with 2 +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever a creature would come into play under your control, you may put a +1/+1 counter on ~ instead.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from ~: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
0/0
Mover of Inertia4UG
Creature - Elf Wizard
If Mover would be dealt damage, instead put a +1/+1 counter on Mover and a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
4/4
Spined Gargoyle1RRR
Creature - Gargoyle
Flying
Whenever ~ becomes the target of an ability from a creature or planeswalker source, ~ deals 2 damage to that permanent.
Whenever ~ becomes the target of a spell, ~ deals 2 damage to that spell's controller.

Quote from Horseshoe Hermit »
Karma doesn't exist. You can't depend on it. If you count on it for justice or catharsis, you will find that you have placed your emotions on very unstable ground; and you will either repeat your disappointment in society over and over, or you will engage in a persistent delusion to protect yourself from that feeling.
Retribution Shield 1WRR
Artifact - Equipment
Equipped creature gets "Whenever this creature is dealt damage, prevent 2 of that damage and deal 1 damage to the source of that damage and 1 damage to that source's controller"
