DeusofCalamity - Interesting effect. The suspend ability works well here and has the flavor of the escape. Lack of rarity, type and flavor text hurts this card very much.
pstmdrn - Really innovative idea. The only problem I see is, why prevent all damage to the creature when it would become a forest and all damage would wash off?. Anyway it does the job in a very creative way.
brasil_dude101 - Interesting card. Even when it seems a bit redundant with indestructible and shroud, seems mostly to prevent exile/bounce from targeting your rogue. While I got the feel for it, it does not stop me from thinking that is is redundant in its abilities. it feels to be in white and blue. The flavor text is nice.
Eventide - For a rare this is very limited since you had to have a creature in the battlefield to cast this. Even when the ability is very nice it is very black intensive and having six mana to "surprise" an opponent is not very common. Flavor text is very nice.
PsiJet - This is really limited due to the tax counters. The bounce effect is into blue, not so white. Flavor text is ok.

"Those who endure in the face of suffering, those whose faith shines long in evil days, they shall see salvation." -Song of All, canto 904
This is the wrong team, thanks for pointing that out Eventide. I can't fix it just now, but I will.
Team Specialist Crits
Looks a lot like the proposed walker ability for YMTC, not that there's anything wrong with that. It's reasonable but I don't remember if your stuff has anything to do with time counters. Sort of an obvious take on Delay.
I'm a bit unclear on the rules, I don't think Forests die from having damage on them so the prevention might be unnecessary. Anyway, it's an interesting effect at the right rarity.
Ok, effects are fine, I feel this might be doable at uncommon or a little cheaper since it's only reactive, but I guess it affects all your artifacts and can be a good combat trick in the right deck.
The casting cost is ludicrous. Barely anything costs four mana of one color, let alone another color and colorless. I tend to dislike unbalanced multicolor costs in general unless there is a good reason for them. Anyway, six is probably about right, maybe seven mana, but this actually seems more white/blue to me, black hasn't done much mass destruction of this type lately. To keep it black, I would have had it give -X/-X, based on either CMC or power of the returned creature. It also would have been cooler if it just blinked your guy out and returned him to an empty field, but that would have to cost more.
I don't like how insular the tax counters are, especially since they only apply to artifacts too. You need a little wording help, too, it would target the artifact not the player, and should return "that" Rogue and artifact, if you write target again I think you can choose different ones to be returned. Actually, I don't know why you would prevent damage and bounce something anyway.

Bonus! Team Muscle Crits (not for points, my mistake)
Looks pretty good, equipmentcycling seems more white than red, but it might be justifiable, and the flavor image is pretty good.
While the mechanics of this card are pretty cool, they don't have any place in black. Mana generation is barely justifiable maybe, but black doesn't bounce its own guys in this way, it would just get them back when they die. You could have done a mana-generating raise dead maybe, that would be cool.
I'm not sure this is cool enough to be the second place to see protection from everything. "Color of your choice" or "spells or creatures" or something would have been preferable.
I'm sure you thought the rules out here, but it seems a little convoluted. I've tried to make cards like this before, I think I tried using "permanent source" technology. Anyway, the spirit of the card is good, except for preventing all but 1 damage. I'd rather it not be a cantrip, and prevent all the damage, and cost more.
Bladestorm 2RR Instant (U) Bladestorm deals 2 damage to each creature you don't control. Equipmentcycling 1R A shattered sword is just as dangerous in the right hands.
To get the same effect in the real magic, you should spend 2BRG, while you still doing 2 damage to your opponent, but at sorcery speed. You’ve changed 2 damage for a reduction of 1 and two colors in the cost, also adding instant speed and a specialized cycling that doesn’t searches for inoffensive basic lands, but for stuff like this, and at instant speed... Not uncommon for sure, and surely not even doable as it is. Just too powerful for its cost and rarity, what means it’s overpowered.

Wha-what? Black bouncing? That’s a big no-no. Also, its Manadrainesque second part just makes me Yikes! Let’s say I evoke a Shriekmaw, then respond to its triggered ability with this. I didn’t just killed an opponent’s dude, but also made it for just 1, while keeping the chance to make it again and even saving B after repeating it. Too nasty.

Soul of the Meek WW Instant (U) Creatures you control with converted mana cost 1 or less gain protection from everything until the end of turn.
Nice twist on Rebuff the Wicked. I like how you made it also a combat trick. The only problem is that this card practicaly makes your hordes of tokens/winnies unblockable that turn. Adding a clause to impede unblockable combat damage would have been the same as hitting the nail, making the card close to perfect. This way, it feels overpowered. I tend to preffer cards that turns my bulbs on, instead of my red beacons.

Said that, Why “but 1”? It doesn’t really helps to balance the card. Actually, I think that removing that clause would not make the card more powerful than what it currently is (and would even make it feel more clean and polished, wich means more elegant.) The only fact that this card’s reaching spectre is limited to “permanents that are capable of deal damage, and are going to damage a particular creature” makes the card enough narrow to be ok. The draw thing, I’m not sure if is an excess or not, wince needs to be tested. Nice entry. Weird, but nice.

I've been fighting a massive headache for the last two days (shouldn't have gone out on Plague Friday), so minimal reviews for this round.
IlGreven: Templating issues with "Tribal Rogues:" former is a Supertype, latter is a Subtype. "Tribal" isn't needed for the second half of the spell to work. And bouncing your opponents' entire board - including land - is overpowered. D

Rocket_Powered_Turbo_Slug: No submission. F-
Krey: Some templating issues regarding when the tokens get exiled, but Reks lives to steal another day. Need to either up the Rarity or CMC, though. B+
Gerrard's Mom: The CMC is a little too low for both effects (Instant-speed Pyroclasm alone costs 3 at Uncommon), and the escape is questionable. C-
Awful nice of GM to review cards he didn't have to.
GilGaladTheChef - An instant-speed Time Ebb shouldn't have an effective cost of :symu:. See: Rewind, Great Whale, balance issues with. It's also strange to see blue reduce the cost of anyone's creature spells, even its own. Points, of course, for flavor text.
Umi_no_Samui - Makes a good deal of sense with your character mechanically. A couple of annoying formatting errors, such as capitalizing the "second" in "Split second" and using "deck" instead of "library". The name seems as though it would go on a card involving a coin flip or something else random given the meaning of "sortilege".
Jimmy Groove - Dropped.
netn9 - Dropped.
Darkfire_Games - Interesting URForce Bubble variant. I like how flash allows this to be both a combat trick and something to save a creature from removal.
BlackBull - Nice spin on the Rescue/Glen Elendra Pranksters effect. I'm not sure anyone would ever use this without kicking it, so I think it could just be "Return target creature you control to its owner's hand. Draw two cards", or not target and be an "if you do" effect.
Sorry guys, with my new commitment as a WPL for one of the colliseum games, I don't think I will have any more time to commit to this. Therefore, I am dropping. Sorry.

Good card. It is useful enough on it’s own, but the equipment-cycling works well with your ‘tools’ entry, making for some nice synergy.
Oculus –
This could easily get out of hand, very quickly. Something like this might be possible at uncommon, but I wouldn’t expect it would even see print. Seems like fun though.
Ryder052 –
I like seeing cards that work with previous cards. It’s a little narrow outside of your set of creations (I can’t think of many times where a 1 CMC creature is something I wanted to save that bad), but it does the job in a creative manner.
void_nothing –
Interesting. Not sure about the CMC with the card draw added on at that rarity, but it should accomplish the job it sets out to do and removes the threat.
