The player that makes the last card, makes the first card of the new cycle. You can start the new cycle at any color, but the next player must follow the color wheel to answer. I other words if the first card is red, the next player must follow it up with a green card, then white, then blue to end in black.

Hey, here are my thoughts on making cycles.
- Some must be related through a similar ability (eg: Pulse of the Forge, Echoing Courage, Guild Heroes, Dragon legends in Invasion)
- Same Mana cost of cards with similar flavor or something (Rorix and pit fighter legends, 5 dragon legends in Kamigawa, Dragon legends in Invasion, Guild Leaders)
So here are some problems I see with this game:
- Someone makes a card too simple (weak flavor, simple effect) and might be hard to cycle with.
- A card with a very powerful effect that is completely different for each card and that might appear to not be a cycle too much anymore.
