Red can't deal with ethereal things (aka enchantments). Even MaRo said that. Also, it is part of the flavor of the color.
Every other color has SOME way to do EVERYTHING else. Green has creature removal in the form of provoke, and the list goes on.
Probably. But these things are in flavor of the color. You will never see a monogreen card with "Destroy target creature". You'll see the basilisk ability, the lure ability, and some other variation. You will never see monoblue destroying a creature without any purpose (for example, Polymorph). And, oh, can mono-green counter? That is the danger of hybrid mana. You know, the color pie exists for some reason.
Redisenchant - 1R Instant
Target player sacrifices a noncreature, nonland, nonartifact permanent.
This, on other hand, can work.
