BRACKET THE FIRST
Alabran versus G.M
~~~
GM, your challenge is listed here
---
Alabran, your challenge is to make a card that has the flavor text "pray to minions," bonus points awarded
-FOR Being BLACK or WHITE
-NOT Being Minion Tribal (i.e. Minion can't apparently in the type line)
BRACKET THE SECOND
MP28 versus Kenaron
~~~
MP 28, your challenge is to create a card that has multifunctions (Modal, Evoke, Abilities from other Zones. Ask if you're unsure). Bonus points awarded:
-For being an Artifact
-For NOT having an ability relating to color and/or land types
---
Kenaron, your challenge is to create a four colored counterspell (No Hybrid At all)
Bonus points awarded for
-NOT having blue
-NOT putting anything into play
Um...I was afraid that might happen. I appreciate the work Alabran went to posting that interesting challenge, and I know he wants to see some other cards based on it, but if he has a card planned out for that, I might go ahead and let him show it to us. In other words, I am probably going to double dare Alabran, but I will think about it for a day and see if I can't come up with something reasonable.
Haha, aww. Where's your adventurous spirit?
I accept GM's challenge.
I've come up with a card following my criteria, but it's probably the easiest one to come up with, so I won't post it until it's official.
For MP28's sake, here's his card. Thought I'd work it out for fun:
Vexing Thoctar - BRGW Creature - Beast
Flash, Shroud, Devour 2
When Vexing Thoctar comes into play, remove from the game target spell with a converted mana cost less than or equal to Vexing Thoctar's power.
When Vexing Thoctar leaves play, the removed card's owner may play that card without paying it's mana cost.

Only issue- that is a creature and that gets put into play
I was thinking, perhaps, that it didn't put anything into play other than itself.
Not a problem.
Unearthly Denial - BRGW Instant
Remove target spell and two target permanents from the game.
Haunt
When the creature Unearthly Denial haunts is put into a graveyard, the owner of the removed cards may play them without paying their mana costs.

Yes that is a four color nonblue counterspell, but it has problems. It's white/black if anything, no need for red or green. White and black counter in limited forms, and there is hints of Oblivion Ring / Oubliette, and Haunt is the white/black guild mechanic so all in all the red and green feel arbitrariy added.
I feel that it's not just a difficult challenge but an impossible one, but maybe MP28 will surprise me. So do I do my challenge or does Seratonin come up with one? It would feel unfair giving me my challenge since it's so, well, easy but I'll do what I have to do barring a four color counterspell.
That all said, I know how I'd do it if I had to. It can be done by noticing what technicalities weren't excluded.
Where does red or green remove a permanent from the game? At any rate, my point was that red and green were unnecessary and if you admit that white/black does everything in Unearthly Denial than you see the problem with MP28's challenge. But let's see how he does with it.
Ok, I figured out Alabran's challenge, but I'm thinking this may need to be an Un card. Let me know if that is not acceptable.
Fibonachimera 1GU
Creature - Chimera Mutant (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, Fibonachimera's power becomes equal to its power plus its toughness. Then its toughness becomes equal to its power plus its toughness.
1/1
Bonuses - 1 power, 1 toughness, 2 creature types, 3 converted mana cost, 5 lines of text, 8 people fleeing from math class gone wrong, 13 letters in the name, 21 blue stripes and dots on the chimera
Alright, so let's clarify...
-GM, your intial card idea is fine.
-Alabran, you still have to make your card with "prays to minions."
-MP28, you need a multifunction card and your Four Colored counterspell
-Kenaron: You'll be recieving an old challenge from the original Double Dare
Make three color "enemy" Mythic rare creature. For example, :symw::symb::symr:. You get a bonus point if it's casting cost follows the Ultimatum cost, i.e. :symw::symw::symw::symb::symb::symr::symr:. You get an other bonus point if you use no keywords, which would include custom keywords you create.

I'm giving up on the ultimatum bonus. The Ultimatums sucked anyway, and I would rather use cost of another mythic rare three color cycle. I dedicate this card to Fungal Shambler and Godsire. This could realistically cost GGGUUBB given how hard it is to precisely manage three colors like that but I digress. A card now:
Mindspore Hivemaster4GGUB
Creature - Fungus Horror {M}
If a player would draw a card, look at the two cards of that player's library instead. Put one of those cards into that player's hand and the other on the bottom of that player's library.
8/8
The idea behind having the person on the end of the other end of the double dare is that since he made a challenge that was two difficult, he has to be willing to handle the consequences. The two scores will be averaged out, so I think the system works. But, we'll keep tinkering with it.
2: Until end of turn, creatures with toughness less than Forsaken Revenant's toughness get +1/+1 and creatures with toughness greater than Forsaken Revenant's toughness get -1/-1.
2/3 Having been abandoned by the gods, it prefers to pray to minions.
An opponent who controls a spell chooses one - counter target spell that player controls; or you gain 10 life; or return target creature card from your graveyard to play; or ~ deals 5 damage to that spell's controller; or put a creature card from your hand into play.
Adaptoid 6 Artifact Creature- Golem Rare
Defender 1: Adaptoid gains flying until end of turn 1: Adaptoid gets +1/+0 until end of turn. 1: Adaptoid gets +0/+1 until end of turn. X, Sacrifice Adaptoid: Destroy all creatures with converted mana cost X or less.
