...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
Does the order in which the stuff comes into play matter? I mean, my card should beat at least avizoa, because in a normal sequence of mana development, mine comes out a turn before avizoa, and thus beats it.

Hyperion, did you intend for your permanent to counter all Enchantments, Artifacts and Creatures? As I read it, it seemed that it would counter the spells if they try to put something into play, but not counter them for naturally coming into play...
If you intended for it to beat all permanents, then your card would beat
all 4... still an X, and I see more where you were going... hoping for a sorcery that targets a player, or a land in the lower mix... but unfortunately, it didn't pan out.
I see your logic, Ericku, Maybe i didn't fully understand the "beats" thing.. I did intend for it to counter Enchantment, Artifact, and Creature cards, but I had assumed a normal mana development causality, hence why i argue it beats avizoa (it comes out earlier and stops it) but not rancor (rancor is cheaper, so comes out before my card does).
Yeah, I was a bit vague on the beat thing.... I am pretty sure I will not reissue such a challenge in the future. However, it was worth a try. It was a random round and as I said if a different card flipped it would have come out differently, for everyone.
I do believe I want my mechanic to be "transfix - "
Transfix: to render motionless with awe or terror.
the mechanic works as such : "transfix - creatures (when this card comes into play each player cannot untap creatures during their next untap step.)" it works the same with lands, artifacts, and creatures.

basically since the creatures won't untap the next round you use this if the opponent has heavier board possition and drop this so all those crits stay tapped, hurt him, and allow you to attack back if possible. also can be used with vigilance or upkeep skipping things. It checks every turn so if you lay a second one it stacks, but the crit is very weak and easy to remove.

5/2
Ending the combat phase should act similar to ending the turn. All creatures attacking you stop attacking, staying tapped of course. All end of combat triggers trigger etc.
His ability creates another combat phase which would trigger any abilities dependant on combat phases again. Since your the active player you can attack, and what do you know! All your creatures are untapped and ready for some beatdown.
Marko also gets haste so he's going to join in on the fun. After this phase is over though, its back to normal. Your opponent gets a main phase and eot.
I really wanted the "Counterattack" to cost 6(2RRRR), but I tried to use Relentless Assault as a guideline. Assault is never played, and this costs more and is more color intensive. This requires you to keep mana open, allowing your opponent to read you pretty easily, Red deck with 1RRRR open hmmm.

Does the order in which the stuff comes into play matter? I mean, my card should beat at least avizoa, because in a normal sequence of mana development, mine comes out a turn before avizoa, and thus beats it.

all 4... still an X, and I see more where you were going... hoping for a sorcery that targets a player, or a land in the lower mix... but unfortunately, it didn't pan out.
But If you insist, I'll take the X.
Transfix: to render motionless with awe or terror.
the mechanic works as such : "transfix - creatures (when this card comes into play each player cannot untap creatures during their next untap step.)" it works the same with lands, artifacts, and creatures.
Rotting Fleshwad 3B
Creature - zombie mutation
Transfix - creatures
During each players upkeep that player loses life equal to the number of tapped creatures they control.
2/1
basically since the creatures won't untap the next round you use this if the opponent has heavier board possition and drop this so all those crits stay tapped, hurt him, and allow you to attack back if possible. also can be used with vigilance or upkeep skipping things. It checks every turn so if you lay a second one it stacks, but the crit is very weak and easy to remove.
Master Breeder 3GG
Creature- Human Druid
Flourish Creatures. (Master Breeder costs 1 more for each Creature you control. Creatures have affinity for Creatures)

Consume Creature: BB (If you played the consume cost, remove a card of the appropriate type in a graveyard from the game. Play this ability only during your upkeep)
At the end of your turn, if you played the consume cost, destroy target creature that shares a color, creature type or converted mana cost with the creature removed from the game in this way.
"Excuse me for living, but the graveyard is full."

Ballance: 2.5 I think it needs to be "Creature Cards have Affinity for creatures." Rules gurus correct me if I am wrong.
Game Interest: 2 Interesting having a keyword within a keyword, but a little confusing.

Ballance: 1.5 Seems a little overpowered as is, and nuts with a good way of removing cards from hand.
Game Interest: 3 Very interesting keyword, just the costing and environment needs to considered carefully. It is flashback from removed from game zone. Flashback was pretty powerful.

When ~ comes into play untap all creatures you control, they gain Haste until end of turn.
Whenever an opponent attacks you, if ~ is in your hand, you may pay :2mana::symr::symr::symr::symr: and reveal it. If you do, put ~ into play and end the combat phase. Then there is a new combat phase in which you become the active player until the end of that phase.
Offense is a good everything.
Overall I would think in this form he'd see play and would be fair, but powerful.

Round 9 Will be a team compitition. The first 4 people to post will be team one. Edit your cards so they all thematically and mechanically work together.
The last 4 people to post will be a team. Again your cards must thematically and mechanically work together. You can go back and edit your cards until the dead line. You can just keep discussing and editing in here or use PM. I don't care, but do it by editing your original post if you are discussing about your cards.
There are 9 contestants. So the very last person gets and automatic X! ! ! let the round begin. (No specified theme, Wow me.) Same scoring system, cumalative points win. But there will be a 10 point group bonus for how well your cards work and feel together.
Place holding is fine... so long as your post by the deadline!
