Ballance: 1.5 This is a powerful card. It locks a player's land drops, the 1 damage is about the only thing that is keeping this in check, but in land destruction decks, this is a powerful zero casting cost "artifact".
Game Interest: 2 I am not sure if the comming into play on opponent's turn makes much difference strategically. I guess you get one instant use out of this, but flavorwise it makes a lot of sense. Well done.
Flavor: 3.5 Nice reference to Rishidan Port. This looks like an attempt to fix the ballance issues with that card.

Flavor: 2.75 Good, but not stupendous.

Ballance: 2 I like your opening condition, but it does seem like you could drop this land for free on your opponent's first turn, as 2 * 0 is 0, so your opponent has twice of the nothing you have, but I am not sure if that would be such a bad thing.
Game Interest: 2.5 I like the condition you made for getting it into play, it seams like another land destruction defensive card, but might have other interesting uses, encouraging low permanent decks. At worst, it is a non-basic Legendary forest.
Flavor: 2.5 A little bland mechanically, but seems like a realistic card in Magic.
Quite, unintentionally, you all scored the same score!!!
So next round will still be the Final, but may the best man win.

The name of this new set is Planeswalker. The world of Aeroris has slipped through a dimensional rift, and suddenly ordinary people from this realm are displaying decidedly NOT ordinary abilities. The land itself is in upheaval, with the geography changing due to the spatial flux. Places that once were covered by the sea are now desolate, and the verdant forests are morphing into wastelands, giving life only to strange creatures previously unseen by the denizens of this world. One woman, Shalandra Kinjarii, was a teacher before the troubles. Arthros is a city at the mouth of an enormous cavern system surrounded on the outside by vast wastelands and deserts. The environment on the surface world is so harsh that the only life outside is that of ancient beasts and monsters that have slowly begun to awaken, driven from their slumbers by the echoes of a dying world.
Life has been driven under the surface, with the deepest reaches housing sinister races of adapted species. Those that dwell near the surface still hold fast to the ancient knowledge and belief that a better time is coming. The cards listed hint mostly at the inhabitants of this area, whereas the darker cities below would house black and red magic.
The set, Outpost would be the standalone set with expansions Sanctuary and Salvation with the storlyine gradually revealing that there are still places in the world that can house life again and the journey to find them, leaving the horrors of the new and ancient world to fester below the earth.

Encada takes us away to a distant plane, one saturated in blue mana. The entire world is submerged underwater, with a few broken chains of ridges breaking free of the sea's grasp. In a place such as this, how could other colors so central to a plane's survival even exist in this habit. Life finds a way. Forests have adapted wonderfully as Coral Reefs, the Plains stretch for miles in the great Sand Bars, the Swamp is the cold Abysm where no light enters, and the Mountainous Ridges claim the only land truly free of the water. However, Encada is a peaceful world as the Mer Empire has done well to preserve peace. Or so they believe. It has been over 600 years since a survey expedition has been attempted on the massive Plane. The Emperor Brita sends out a reconnaissance group as well as his daughter Britanzia on a good will mission to various capitols around Encada, simply to hear news of the world at large. Soon the Emperor will realize that no news is good news.
Shallowness :symw::symu: Enchantment Whenever a creature would come into play, if it has no abilities, put it into its owner's graveyard instead. Whenever a creature would come into play with more than 1 activated ability, put a +1/+1 counter on it. "I don't know what everyone sees in him, he's about as deep as a puddle."
I picked shallowness, for a few reasons, #1 I'm an idiot and didn't make any Merfolk. Honestly, I like the flavor the the Sandbars being "Shallow", it amused me.
Slumber's Reprieve :Xmana::symu::symu: Socery Each other player takes X additonal turns after this one. "Perhaps when I awaken the world will be a better place." – Unknown
I feel Slumber's Reprieve would be a perfect choice for Encada, I see it as the Princess Britanzia homesick and tired of the world around her, chosing instead to enter a deep slumber and forget her troubles. Could perhaps be an interesting plot point.
Abysm's Hold :2mana::symu::symb: Enchantment R Players skip their untap step. At the beginning of each players upkeep step, that player may sacrifice a permanent, if they do, untap all permanents that player controls. The Abysm holds many secrets...and more lives.
The Absym is the deepest part of Encada one that the reconnaissance group would never dare enter. However, little will get in the way of the Princess' mission even the greatest fear of her plane, stories abound of titanic beasts, eternal darkness and pockets of crushing pressure left by twisted mages long ago. The last known settlement,Light's End, is where the Princess heads, to herself she questions if its to her death.
RESULTS! And a big thank you for participating. This game took much longer than I would have imagined, but it has been fun. Some cool cards. I think it will be a while before I do another game. Thanks, thanks, and thanks.
