I think I made a good card, better than 22/25 points, my Flavor/Creativity was at least 4 and the wording is fine, but... the Wanderer359's card is better, I know that too.
Istanbul, what is your problem? I made a good card, possibly worthy of seeing print. It was an interesting card. You took off some major points for the smallest details. I find you incompetant as a judge because, as a judge, you should admit your mistake, and instead of "randomly" posting new numbers, repost my original judging, post your new judging, and stop being so damn *****y. Minor technicalities should not even be worth any negative points; if anything, be nice about it and realize that not everyone is perfect like yourself.
I'd like to hear judgings from other people, possibly another judge or Stax himself.
Edit: btw, i'd like to hear the exact meaning of balance. Isn't it supposed to be 1 point for every format its balanced in? In that case, should i have gotten like 4.5? It's real goodness lies in Sceptor/chant, but its still a creature, a 2/3 for 4 mana. It's a good card, like any other good card, but it will not break a format; disciple and skullclamp broke a format, but this wouldn't even come close.
[takes deep breath]
I corrected for my mistake regarding phases. After doing so, your card still does not win, though it gets a lot closer.
Correcting for my mistake does not correct the underlying power issues with the card. Whether it's Scepter/Chant, Landstill, Draw-Go, or just your opponent drawing a land late-game, your creature is a card factory. If your opponent does nothing during his turn and you do nothing during yours, you're getting a free Ancestral Recall, and that's simply too good.
I'm sorry you disagree with my judging, but it was not arbitrary. I feel that my reasons are valid, and unless your card works in a very different way than I think it does, it will be difficult to convince me otherwise.

Yeah so really, how the hell are y'all making those fly renders? What programs are being used here? I'm competant with photoshop (made the image on my card m'self) but making a "blank" card is such a pain (rubber stamping out all the words) to make it look right. No Absolutionis, gerg is being a slow judge again. I've said it before people, if you can't judge don't sign up to do so. #6 v. #7
Mr. Bloody Minded's In Times Of Need vs. Grimclaw's Hourglass of the Keeper
#6: Mr. Bloody Minded
Flavor/Creativity: 3.5/5
Well, I will say that the effect isn't something I've seen before. And tutoring for creatures is a fairly green thing to do. But this is just a way to turn another permanent into a creature...it's not just green, it's textbook green. Not bad, but I'm not feeling the ooh-ahh.
Balance: 2/5
This card is, simply put, dangerous. Especially because it can fetch any color of creature. Especially because it checks by power, not casting cost. And especially because it drops the creature right into play. Turn a land into an Academy Rector, a Morphling, a Psychatog, a Goblin Welder...the list goes on. And that's if you just pitch a land. I could easily see this put into pretty much any deck that relies on a powerful creature.
Wording: 4.5/5
Nothing too horribly wrong with it, but it could work a lot better like this:
Sacrifice ~ and a permanent you control: Search your library for a creature card with power equal to or less than the combined casting cost of ~ and the sacrificed permanent and put that creature into play, then shuffle your library.

Not bad, really. I've not seen its like before, and although it can be compared to Vitalize in the most passing of ways, it's still unique. And its effect does feel like what an "hourglass of the keeper" would do; save your time until you need it.
Balance: 2.5/5
Wow. Seriously, wow. Let me quote you the important text here:
:1mana:: Untap all permanents you control.
That's extremely scary to me. You realize that with six lands out and two counters on this thing, you have 16 mana available to you? Does the word 'Stormgasm' mean anything to you? Only the fact that you need to skip untap steps to charge the thing even keeps it slightly in check. Combine this with the fact that it's extremely cheap to play, and you have a very dangerous card indeed. I think I'd play it alongside Hokori, Dust Drinker.

#8: Greebo
Flavor/Creativity: 5/5
I can honestly say that I've never seen the like before; no card has ever done this before. Even Ertai's Meddling isn't quite the same. As far as flavor goes, I can picture a Phyrexian Negator showing up a turn later, saying, "Look, I'm sorry I'm late, but have you seen the fog out there? Jeez!"
Balance: 5/5
A nice, symmetrical effect...your creatures show up a turn late, just like your opponent's. It even stalls out Hasted creatures, which I think is cute. And it's not just a 'hold on a second while I get a counterspell ready' card, either. If you can figure out how to abuse this, let me know, 'cause I can't.
Wording: 5/5
This just isn't hard to figure out. If you RTFC, you'll see what to do when this card is in play...and this is not only templated correctly, but is about the easiest way to do it.

Score: 23.5
#9: Blinking Spirit
Flavor/Creativity: 4/5
As far as creativity goes, it's not great, but it's not bad. You're basically giving each player a Relentless Assault every turn. New, but not unusual. The flavor is perfect, though; nothing says, "Double time, move your butt, C'MON!" like having to attack twice in a turn. Me likey.
Balance: 5/5
How could it get more fair than this? I honestly can't think of any situation in which this would be breakable; it's a little too pricey for speedy red, and burn doesn't even notice it's there.
Wording: 5/5
If WotC uses this wording for their version, how can I argue?

Ouch. This is what kills you. No playing around with extra turns, full points there. Mana symbols are present. But your card art...the focus is unquestionably on the woman. (And how did you get Angela Lansbury's permission to use her likeness on a Magic card? :D) The art makes it look like it should be a creature card, and while there is mist, it's de-emphasized.
Round Fulfillment: 5/5
Mmm-hmm.
Bonus: 5/5
Mana symbols, check. No turnplay, check. Card art, SPOT-ON. The instant I saw the art you provided, I actually said out loud, "Now, that's what I'm talkin' about."

Blinking Spirit moves forward!
I'd like to say, though, that the Greebo vs. Blinking Spirit match was really REALLY close, and both contestants should be really proud of their work. I'd like to see both of you here next month.
Always trading for more Kezzerdrixes...drixen...drixii...for more!
