Tweak of memory is madness' wet dream. I voted for whispering thought, becuase it has a fun affinity, and I thought the unblockable was a bit much, but the masticore like drawback was a nice balance. Good way to give a little discount on the casting cost, but usually it will ony amount a 5UU instant (in response to your oppoenents spell), by no means broken. Maybe in Type1 with a mox and lotus it would be bad, but type 1 can deal with creatures.
