Here's a pair of hacks that were originally on one card, when I said, I would really love to give this Jump-start. And so it became that. I split the effects off into two separate designs. I was kinda on the fence for Life Force Apex, because I feel its one of those cards that doesn't have the pulling power without a cantrip. But, then again, certain formats can argue tremendously. Understanding the potential, I felt it was best to just let it be.
EDIT: I've decided to increase the cost of this design by an additional pip. Because it is essentially nonbasic land destruction with Jump-start, while also covering mana rocks, I feel it needs that additional pip (in the very least) for good measure. The same respects towards by I refused to clock Life Force Apex in at a single hybrid mana.
