Playing off the cycle of Demigods from Theros Beyond Death, I wanted to see about a cycle of ten more for the minor gods as well. I'll see if i can finish all 10 when I have a chance.

Sure, they do things that are useful, but I don't find them especially creative, and I think they would want to be.
The claim that they're competing with lesser designs, wouldn't really mean anything. It's the kind of thing you necessarily can't or don't want to repeat.
The product always wants to be better. The design want to be rejuvenated, with more flare, more dynamics, more interactivity.
Every one so far has done this, including the most recent with impending.
They all feel quite strong, but I like 'em. Would they be uncommons?
Cymede would really like haste, to synergize with both its other abilities, though at that point you might want to shave off a point of toughness or so.
Ravos feels almost like a rare, which is fine. Also on the stronger side as is. The ability scales nicely with devotion and is a good reward for going for that.
Olexa also feels like a rare at 3 mana. Would still be a beast at 4 I believe.

Nice work so far!
I was concepting them as uncommons in the same vein as the other demigods from TBD, so ticking the costs on the up to on Olexa makes sense. I went with prowess because I was going back and forth between making the mana costs hybrid, so I wanted an ability that still fit with mono-blue.
Atris, Cloaked In Deception 2UB

Kydele, Sought Past Horizons 4GU
Legendary Enchantment Creature - Demigod
Shroud
When {Cardname] enters the battlefield, untap up to X target permanents where X is your devotion to green and blue.
2/4
(Note, I brought back shroud here both as a matching g/u keyword and to prevent Kydele from being used for flicker loops to generate infinite mana like Peregrine Drake.)
Sythis, Fruitful of Harvests 3GW
Legendary Enchantment Creature - Demigod
Vigilance
When {Cardname] enters the battlefield, create X Food tokens, where X is your devotion to green and white.
