If a creature would enter the battlefield from the graveyard, you may mutate that card on top of Monstrous Phantasm instead. If this creature would leave the battlefield, exile the top card instead.

I wanted to do something that would essentially be in the realm of Krosan Colossus meets Spiritmonger. A ghost powered by green mana. As it stands, I feel like it fits well in the realm of The Rock longplay control. It has all the qualities that the archetype wants to see most of all, especially "can't be countered". The final effect gives the design a cool Relinquished/Thousand Eyes Restrict feel, which I dig a lot.
