Zombie Rot1B Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
When enchanted creature dies, each other creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is equal to enchanted creature's power. Create X blood tokens. Some bodies fall like giants, like trees their souls shake the earth as they leave their body.
Jungle RotBRG Enchantment — Aura
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature. The jungle is one of the lone places where death falls with the sun and rises with it also.
I was inspired to rework these two designs that I used as a contrast example in the Bury the weak thread. Obviously, those two designs could never be a thing because an effect like that can't be re-occuring without being incredibly polarizing and unfun. These two designs seek to perfect what they could be in a realistic light.
I think I would have originally just taken that flavor text on Zombie Rot and placed it on Tragic End (from Rapier: Divine Soul).
These effects are fine, though Zombie Rot becomes a very cheap wrath if you have a high powered cheap creature that you either throw at their blockers or use with a sac outlet. It should either cost 1-2 more or only be able to enchant an opponents creature.
This likely wouldn't be used as a hard Wrath, but more of a pyroclasm with upside. There are plenty of cheap 3 power creatures that this could be used to kill all X/3s and get 3 blood tokens with.
I'm convinced it's uniquely awesome, where otherwise or normally it would just be sub, mid draft, penny pile bait.
I only question that it should be "when enchanted creature leaves the battlefield" instead. I had amended Justicemonger with that context instead, to open up the functionality better. I just will not be able to update the thread since it was locked unreasonably. I really loathe this for when I want to reference past designs that receive undisclosed updates in-between time.

Like I said, the effect is just fine. It should just cost 2B or 2BB rather than 1B
I think Jungle Rot probably shuts down creature strategies a bit too hard in multiplayer at that mana cost. So maybe switch to just your upkeep, or add 2. It's a neat little design, though.
Zombie Rot - I'd be keen to stick with 'dies' (for flavour, not just balance) and I agree with rowan, it's maybe a shade too cheap.

But does it become a "cheap Wrath" in a deck that benefits from it being a Wrath?
Decks running those types of creatures want to keep them? Want to keep their creatures?
