Arm with Aether, a random Mirran uncommon from New Phyrexia, that I think would be cool to tease out as a cycle in the alternate-history-Mirrodin-Pure set.
Costs are placeholders and probably need tweaked. Finding a good cycle of effect that play differently but are relevant is tricky, so let me know if you have better suggestions.
Arm with Necrogen 2B
Sorcery
Until end of turn, creatures you control gain "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, you may return target creature from your graveyard to your hand."
Arm with Slag 2R
Sorcery
Until end of turn, creatures you control gain "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, destroy target artifact that player controls."
Arm with Tanglevine 2G
Sorcery
Until end of turn, creatures you control gain "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, create two 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens."
Arm with Hexplate 2W
Sorcery
Until end of turn, creatures you control gain "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, gain 2 life and put a +1/+1 counter on this creature."
Aether isn't a Mirrodin-specific item so it's strange to cycle it out. Of your cards, green is grossly overpowered. Every other one is "on hit cast one mana spell" while green gets a two mana spell. Other than that, the others seem fairly reasonable.

I’ll grant it would have been better fit if the original card was “arm with quicksilver”.
I can definitely see your thought on the green one though, and 1 myr would still be good.

Might I suggest "you gain 2 life and may remove all counters from yourself or a nonland permanent you control"?
The ability to reset toxic/poisonous/infect would be a key-in for white.
