Phasing : Add one mana of any type in the cost of a spell your opponent controls to your mana pool. Beware your gaze into the infinite. Nothing else could leave you feeling so boundless, or so finite.

You may get lost in all your dreams that you find in her, or spirited away by all your deepest fears, that may find you through her.
This is a breakdown of the Fantasia Elemental from the { Illusions } thread awhile back. It was so concentrated, I broke it down into three different designs.
The Mox is useless, you don't need "to your mana pool", the phasing is pointless, and your idea about producing mana is nonsensical.
Fantasia Elemental should have a printed P/T of some form. +1/+1 counters would be more elegant. Flying aside, this is a green card, and it needs to cost more.
Changeling on Skelemental makes no sense. Mill was adopted both for its ubiquitous use in the community, and its brevity of characters. Changing it to traumatize is illogical.

Phasing : Add one mana of any type in the cost of a spell your opponent controls to your mana pool.
By definition, the power of moxen and specifically their banning in every format is the ability to add mana free on turn 1. You card has no cost, and phasing is ultimately meaningless if you are able to establish a controlling board state or even win on the first turn. Add to that the corner case that this produces colorless mana and you have made a costless, better Mox Diamond. EDIT: Misread the card about checking a spell's cost.
Yes. It adds any type of mana. You can add a phyrexian mana and then pay life instead on it.
No, it doesn't.
106.1b There are six types of mana: white, blue, black, red, green, and colorless.
Phyrexian Mana, Snow Mana, Hybrid are all denote costs, not types of man that can be generated.

No one thought that.

Without counters or some sort of memory aid, this p/t becomes a pain to track across game turns. The first ability is also worded wrong; There needs to be an actual replacement effect written out
If CARDNAME would be countered by a spell or ability, that spell or ability's controller may pay X. If they don't, CARDNAME cannot be countered this turn.

Again, needs some kind of counters to track X across multiple turns and if more than one of this card is in play to prevent memory issues.

This one actually works as written (traumatize not withstanding), but the shuffling ability, high toughness and defensive nature of the card is much more green than red. I don't know why this needs changeling nor do I see any real role this card fills, but at least it works and isn't broken.
Traumatize is my rebrand of mill.
You could save yourself explaining this every time by just using "mill". Just sayin'.
Mana symbols that represent costs, I see. I'm sure I could still try to jump through hoops for it, but maybe it's not for the best.
One of your arguments is actually apart of the logic that goes into designing things like this for me.
A free mana is a free mana no matter how you can get it; no matter what the utility. There's no need to be greedy.
This one only allows you to source the mana while an opponent is casting a spell, and only once every other turn. Rowan, this is a well-renowned balance. Winter's Night - Mogg Hollows. And it can't even produce any color, it has to match the color of the spell. Meaning you need to have your native color on hand, and will need to reach into higher cmc spells (2+ CMC). How is it a better Chrome Mox even? For its resource necessity, the line between its equality is razor thin.
Ah, I missed the "of a spell an opponent controls" part. You're right, its not over powered, my mistake.
Being able to generate a color of mana you cannot dependably choose on every other turn only while your opponent is casting a spell makes it effectively worse than Darksteel Relic.

The purpose of Changeling on Fantasy Skelemental is to support its resource dependency. It doesn't really do anything on its own proactive. Yet through Changeling, it works with any lord; Lord of the Unreal - Scion of Oona; or tribal support group Supreme Phantom - Master of Waves/Master of the Pearl Trident - Zariel, Archduke of Avernus; providing good measure for its utility to be realized.
