Toxic 1, vigilance. 1(W/P), T: Put a toxic 1 counter on target creature without toxic, that creature becomes a phyrexian in addition to its other types, then each of that creature controller's opponents draws a card.
Corrupted -- Whenever an opponent draws a card, except the first one they draw each turn. If that player has three or more poison counters, you may draw a card and gain 2 lifes. 1/4
Is there any reason to put the counter on your own creatures? Unless the goal is to put them on your creatures first?

I think the corrupted ability to draw multiple cards a turn off activating the ability feels like it pushes it out of white. It feels more blue/white to me

Maybe but it is quite conditional since each opponent must be corrupted and each of them must have drawn at least another card during the same turn (Say you play the ability in an opponent's turn, only one of them have had the draw phase that turn), the chances of getting multiple cards of that ability is not as likely as you would think it is. Also you need to have a creature to target with its ability.
you can still profit of group hugging your opponents though
"each opponent of that creature's controller draws a card" reads a bit more fluidly.
I would want to simplify the Corrupted so it's more fluid also,
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, each opponent draws a card and gains 2 life if that player has 3 or more poison counters.
Gaining 2 life and drawing a card is a bit steep though, even for Corrupted. It could become "take an additional turn after this one". If I was flagging myself here, I would probably think to challenge myself by making it "each opponent gains 3 life" instead and no card draws. You could still be setting back aggro by entire turns.

Most likely distribute it among cheap flyier or something to achieve corrupted early
It seems pretty wrapped up in its own synergy.
