During your turn, Forests you control are 1/1 green Elemental creatures with "You may activate mana abilities of this permanent as though it had haste" that are still Forest lands.
+1: Mill four cards, then you may return a land card from your graveyard to your hand.
+1: Untap target land you control. Until your next turn, it becomes a 3/3 green Elemental creature with deathtouch, haste, and hexproof that's still a land.
-6: All nonland creatures become basic Forests.
You can brush up the ability with; Forests you control are 1/1 green Elemental creatures with haste, except they retain all their types.
Having haste on your land drop literally doesn't matter. Even if this can go aggro with Exploration and the suite (Harrow//Mulch; you're only creating a new archetype. It's only during your turn, and if you want to attack with them, you can't use them to cast other spells. It all balances out.
I honestly think the +1 ability should be a negative one. Not even a 0 ability. The resource gain you're creating here is immense. You're getting a CMC 3+ creature or an additional mana.
Did they do away with the reminder text—that last ability would normally have? (This effect doesn't end.)

I don't usually bother with reminder text on custom designs unless it's reminder text that hasn't appeared on a real card before.
You're probably right about the haste part.
I'm not sure about changing the first plus to a minus, but I could see having two plus abilities being a bit much. I like the first one more than the second, so maybe I'll rework the second to be a costly minus ability so there isn't quite as much free value.
