Sing-along is a group hug commander mechanic. You gain verse counters like energy, then spend it on the Saga's final chapter. On the way there, you choose which opponents get access to which chapters, but they may shut you down by not asking.
In 2v2, these are effectively 2-chapter sagas (it'd have to be a weird situation for you and your opponent to accept the colaboration.) But in a stardard set with verse counters as a sub-theme, these could work in that theme.
My first thought is not to have to allow the opponent to get the effect. The interaction of them having to ask and then you allow it is too much decision making, and they'll never ask when you want the counter anyway.
Also, if this is a cycle or multiple cards with the ability, getting to stack verse counters from multiple sagas makes the later ones you cast both stronger and less appealing for your opponents to participate in.
I'd suggest changing the last ability to:
III - Remove all verse counters you own. For every two verse counters removed in this way, draw a card.

I agree with Rowan. It's easier to keep track if its done right away.
I would consider changing the third chapter to a different effect as if your opponents choose not to sing-along, it doesn't do anything.
Maybe you could add an extra effect if they chose not to sing-along?

Interesting design space. I wonder if there's a design where you get the trigger when it enters, then at the start of each player's pre-combat main phase, they can add a lore counter and both they and you get the effect. You'd run through the chapters quickly, though, so maybe it also needs recurring sagas (e.g. IV removes all lore counters).

Interesting, but that would cycle quite quickly. How about using Join Forces.

Sing-along (As this saga enters and after your draw step, starting and ending with you, each player may pay 1 or 2 mana. If 3 or more mana was paid, put a lore counter. Each opponent that paid also triggers the current chapter. Sacrifice after III.)
I - Draw a card and gain 2 life.
II - Create a 2/2 blue Drake creature token with flying.
III - Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
