Scale Scale 2
Artifact U, T: Until end of turn, target creature you control has base power and toughness 1/1, can’t be blocked, and becomes an Insect in addition to its other types. 3G, T: Until end of turn, target creature you control has base power and toughness 6/6 and becomes a Giant in addition to its other types. 3: Untap Scale Scale.
Get it? “Scale” as in size and “Scale” as in “tip the scales”
Despite reading the effect I assumed it made them into a Snake and Wurm because scale. Other than that it's neat.
I agree with this statement, but switching to those creature types isn't a major change.
However, I do think the effects - at least the 6/6 one - should be at sorcery speed. The threat of activation on this is very strong and will really screw up combat balance if it can be done repeatedly as a instant.

Scale Scale Scale.
I really enjoy multitool artifacts like this. Seems well-priced to me, effects are good but not broken, overall a very solid card.
