This feels a bit undercosted, I think because the scry has the potential to do a lot of work even at X 1 or 2 which increases the utility over a regular Memory Lapse effect.
Also, please put the text of the card in your post in the future. The attachments can be difficult to load/read for some people, especially if using a mobile device.
A rapidly scaling memory lapse that also scrys and gets through uncounterable is probably too good. At x = 0 this is at the upper limits of what I would consider printable and it let’s you pour extra mana into to get a benefit.
Cutting the plus one and the scry makes it probably printable.
Okay I put the text on there, sorry about that. And I posted another version of the card, I think it makes it less powerful but also I think it would see far much less play like that.
Yeah your probably right, I posted another version of the card that cuts out the scry and plus 1, but I think it would see far less play than the other version, I wonder if it would still be worth running, I would rather have comit, than run it in its current state.
When talking about it seeing play we have to discuss formats. In standard memory lapse would certainly see play. How much would depend on the meta but it's strong enough that it makes the cut. As for wider formats that's harder to say. I'm not currently familiar with any of the non rotating formats to say if memory lapse+ is good enough but I imagine it could find a slot in sideboards because it goes around uncounterable and is reasonably costed.

Flavor text: As he went to deflect the magic, he realized he could save energy by simply making his opponent forget his spells...
This is not my art and do not profit from it in anyway, strictly for demonstration, can get name of artist by request.
