I wanted to play around with some wrath of god effects in black and green.
Toxic Plague 2(B/P)(B/P)(B/P)
Sorcery
Destroy all creatures
Damnation would be a bit too strong but I think adding the triple phyrexian keeps it balanced. I was trying to find a middle ground between toxic deluge and wrath of god.
Collective Wrath 2GG
Sorcery
Collective Wrath deals X damage divided as you choose among any number of target creatures and planeswalkers, where X is the number of creatures you control.
I think a Monstrous Onslaught variant would fit in green's color pie. I'm wondering if having the value of X equal to a creature type would be workable.

A two mana Wrath that costs 6 life sounds like a tension enducing card. However, a damnation that costs two life to cast on turn four and no life past that is probably too strong. Damnation with an always pay 2 life would be more balanced.
Collective Wrath is actually moving out of green as white is gaining the ability to deal damage based on the number of creatures controlled while green is looking at the strength of individuals. So a card that let each of your creatures fight another creature would fit in better.

I was envisioning this as a sweeper based on your number of creatures. It does feel a little white but green has card draw like Collective Unconscious, and ramp like Harvest Season based on number of creatures and tribal effects like Kindred Summons, so shouldn't this be feasible?

The problem with Toxic Plague (like Dismember and most Phyrexian mana cards) is the color pie break of letting especially Blue and Green have access to a wrath effect. Add that, even paying 6 life, a two mana wrath in green lets you start refilling your board immediately while in blue you can hold up mana to counter their next thing or a flash threat if they don't. It needs some kind of restriction that forces the deck its in to also run black cards to keep it in pie.
Collective Wrath is a slight bit of a bend (and so was Monstrous Onslaught) but not egregiously so. It does need to add the "as you cast this spell" text, because you have to lock in how the damage is divided when casting and the number of creatures (and therefore the amount of damage) could change if they respond to your casting with a removal spell.
Toxic Plague 2B(B/P)(B/P)
Sorcery
Destroy all creatures
The plague can be worded with the ability in DMU such as Defiler of Flesh. I think non-keywording it with a restriction of 'up to 2 colored mana' could also be usable. Alternatively, it can we worded like Snuff Out

I feel like if they were to bring Phyrexian mana back, it would be mixed with normal mana symbols like you've done here. Dismember would have been solid but not shown up in every modern sideboard if it had costed B(B/P)(B/P)
Wrath for 4 life and 3 and being tied to somehow paying black mana is fine. I Might even go so far as saying you could cost it 1B(B/P)(B/P)(B/P), but that's a tricky balance question.
