Brothers in Arms1W
Enchantment
As Brothers in Arms enters the battlefield, choose two creature types.
Attacking creatures you control of one of the chosen types get +1/+1 for each creature you control of the other chosen type.
As written, if I have a Faerie Rogue and chose Faerie and Rogue, that creature would get +1/+1 for itself, which I am assuming wasn't your plan. There are also some issues about how this was templated, like the bonus will wear off after combat meaning the creature would shrink and potentially die to the damage it previously took.
Here's a stab at how it should be written for what you want.
Brothers-in-Arms 1W
Enchantment
When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, choose two creature types.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, if it is one of the chosen creature types, it gets +X+/+X until the end of turn, where X is the number of other creatures you control of the other chosen type.
This still causes some issues though. The aforementioned issue of building an all Faerie Rogue deck still exists, so this really just becomes a slightly narrower coat of arms. At the same time, if a creature is both types, I don't know how the game would determine which to count from.

Brothers-in-Arms 1W
Enchantment
When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, choose two creature types.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, if it is exactly one of the chosen creature types, it gets +X+/+X until the end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control of the other chosen type.
This solves some of the issue, but this is still probably strong. I can't think of a better way to write this to make the type counting more exclusive to creatures that don't have both types.
It is a rather odd ability in terms of writing for the game.
How about something like:
Brothers-in-Arms 1W
Enchantment
When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, choose a creature type.
Whenever a creature that does not share a creature type with the chosen creature type attacks, it gains +X/+X until the end of turn, where X is the number of the chosen creature type you control.
In this case it does mean that all other creatures you posses will get buffed (so maybe adding to the cost) but having two selections could get confusing and making the wording as an exclusion, it cleans up the wording.
Alternately you could try something like this:
Brother-in-Arms 1W
Enchantment
Enchant Creature
When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, choose a creature type that the enchanted creature does not have.
When a creature that shares a creature type with the enchanted creature attacks, it gains +X/+X until the end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control of the chosen type.
When a creature of the chosen type attacks, it gains +X/+X until the end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control that shares a creature type with the enchanted creature.
Making it an Enchant Creature Enchantment helps to separate the two creature types while also making it impossible for the 1 creature to buff itself, though it does this at the expenses of being easier to remove.

What if it gives +X/+X if it matches one type, and +X+1/+X+1 if it matches exactly both types?

I guess this can be ok, but the more I think about it the more "red card" it sounds. Dying after the adrenaline wears off sounds extremely red to me.
I don't know if I'm going to try and reiterate this one, to be honest.
If simply it cost three, and allowed you to choose two types in the same style as Shared Triumph; you could run them in a split, using the former to provide a tech extension on the latter. It would be good, but wouldn't be creative (something that would make it much cooler).

First you're going to choose birds, and then you're going to choose soldiers?
I think it's overstated that it's basically a con to slap Coat of Arms on Shared Triumph.
