Its very strong, not necessarily broken, but very strong mainly because its only cost is that it takes up a card draw and there are few ways for your opponents to interact with. You can play this and immediately play another land and you're ahead of where you would have been playing any normal land.
If you go turn 1 this and then Urborg/Yavimaya, you're at two mana on turn 1 with no cost.
I wanted to say its on the edge but just thinking a bit and I can't fathom it being ok. The fact that you can make the play of this followed by any bounceland on any turn is simply far too much regardless of anything else. While being broken in one deck doesn't mean it shouldn't be printed, that's what bans are for, it doesn't really do anything that's fair so thats reason not to print it.
So this is Exploration, except it doesn't cost you a card once you add Urborg/Yav, it can't be countered, and your opponents don't even get priority before you're dropping the second land. Yeah, it's broken. Also, exploration at least has the decency to ask for green mana.
Definitely broken. I also think it's an odd ability for a land. Feels more like an enchantment. Compared to fetchlands which give also don't have mana abilities but get you lands, fetchlands directly replace themselves with a land onto the battlefield so it acts like a land while this can get several lands but only from hand which is a bigger difference from usual lands.
Maybe it should have you sacrifice a land when it enters the battlefield.
Or only lets you play extra basic lands like gaea's touch, or an activated ability to put a land into play like terrain generator

i think its awesome, dont listen to these guys. it doesnt tap for mana, so what if you happen to follow it up w/ an urborg or yavimaya, they arent in standard anyways, so this is clearly an eternal format kinda card; & what do eternal formats do, cool stuff, broken stuff, fill in the blank w/ your own adjective. its fine
