R'tharc, Totemic Adept 1UR
Legendary Creature - Orc Shaman 1UR, T: Choose a card name at random from among Air Elemental, Earth Elemental, Fire Elemental, Lightning Elemental, Water Elemental, or Plasma Elemental. Create a copy of the card with the chosen name. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.
At the beggining of your upkeep, if you control each creature named in this card, each of them deal damage to each opponent equal to their power.
Can't really do it this way though. You need to search for the physical cards. Otherwise, you would have to explain the power, toughness, color, etc for each one. Any token can have this name, but not be a copy of the physical card. I just saw a tweet mention this the other day.
I'd also suggest making this an Ogre and not an Orc.
I don't think you need to go with "that hasn't been chosen" as genini2 suggest. "That you don't control" will function much better. It makes the combo possible and give incentive to running the actual cards. The shaman themselves may be a tad too large for such an effect.

I think the card that inspired this custom card was Garth One-Eye and this card is doing something about the same, except the mana cost is waived.
I think the upkeep trigger is pretty unnecessary. Not only is it really unlikely (each time you activate the first ability, you run the risk of getting doubles) but at the point where it is triggering, you've already put so much power onto the board that attacking should do the job just fine. I think it's enough that this thing is making undercosted huge tokens for three mana a pop. In fact, it should probably be a Spellshaper and make you discard to activate it, I think.

What a sloppy mess. Gross.
why not just "Choose a card you own from outside the game named, "______"?

Imagine how unplayable that would be if your have to own a copy of Black Lotus to even use it.

It's not unplayable. It does demand that the company provide for the functionality of the new content they are producing.
