Unhallowed Priest5BB
Creature - Zombie Cleric (Rare)
When Unhallowed Priest enters the battlefield, create a tapped 2/2 black Zombie creature token for each creature card in your graveyard. Although the church had fallen long ago, masses still gather at the priest's sermon.
2/2
We have things like Izoni, Thousand-Eyed, but I think something like this fits so well into that same kind of slot. It gives a lot of decks a win condition while also being a flavorful card.
Izoni has a relevant ability, an extra point of toughness, and the tokens can block when they come into play at 6 mana, so this can definitely do more at 7 even with the tokens being 2/2s. As written, it feels more like an uncommon than a rare.
Maybe:
2BB, Sacrifice three zombies: Return CARDNAME from your graveyard to you hand. Activate this ability as a sorcery.

I actually disagree that this card needs to do more While this costs more than Izoni and Izoni does more, the fact that this card is a creature is HUGE. Rather than comparing this card to Izoni, I would think of this cards as a substantially better Rise from the tides. The increase in MV over that other card is effectively meaningless as rather than reusing that card in ways that require you to paythecostagain (with free copying comingfromexpensivesources and often exiling the card in question), being a creature means that you can revive and reuse your card forpracticallynocostatall.
From allowing gigantic board plays off of Araumi to forming value engines with Whisper to forming looks with altars and gravewaker/Chainer, this effect is a bit too abusable to put at merely uncommon regardless of its MV (I could imagine this card often playing out like an army of the damned that can be used over and over again for most possible uses). It might be possible to get away with adding more but I would be kind of shocked if a card like this was outright printed at uncommon rarity.

Huh? Izoni is also a creature, and Rise from the Tides takes a completely different kind of deck to setup since it care about spells rather than creatures. I don't understand your comparisons. If you do want a spell for comparison, Army of the Damned makes guaranteed 13 Zombies for only 1 more mana, and can be flashed back later to boot.
The reason I said it needed to do more was because the poster put it at rare, and the ability, while strong, lacks the complexity of most rares and plain "make a bunch of Zombies" is quite reasonable on an uncommon at that cost (like Rise from the Tides).
