Mostly just wanted to create a card that let me use Misty Rainforest to put Island Fish Jasconius onto the battlefield. This thing has rampage for some reason. My buddy likes the rampage mechanic.
I think you have it close to being costed right at least. But I think you almost have to have a "if this would go to the graveyard, <do something> instead" clause. Griselbrand is bad enough when reanimated off Goryo's Vengeance but this thing seems pretty much worse in every way. By waiting a turn (to ensure you have a fetch land open), you allow people to get literally any permanent card along with an 8/8 Trampler (Rampage is basically trinket text so not really worth calling out except to say Wizards doesn't use it). So, basically, a turn 3 Emrakul that doesn't have haste but also doesn't go away like it does in Through the Breach decks.
Even preventing it from being reanimated still allows for ridiculous shenanigans with anything that puts it onto the field without being cast. And limiting the ability to creature cards doesn't solve enough. While it is an interesting design, it seems pretty broken at basically any mana cost since people are going to do what they can to cheat it into play.
Yass! Island Fish! An old time favorite of mine. I totally support anything that can fetch him, Force of Nature, or Craw Giant! Lol. Nice design. Cost feels right.
Shroud while in the graveyard maybe?
Yeah, this is busted. Azusa, Lost but Seeking now says, "Put Grislebrand, Iona, and Emrakul into play this turn." when this is in play. You could limit the Forest effect to "permanents cards in your library" which would slightly reduce the brokenness, but you could still Misty Rainforest for Emrakul as easily as Island Fish.
Also, Misty Rainforest can already just search for Jasconian Isle instead
Yeah, I've thought about it and maybe you shouldn't be able to reanimate this one. Not for another five years of Magic power creep at least. Maybe like this?
Planepyre Ashaya (no casting cost - Is Red and Green)
Legendary Creature - Elemental
Emerge 6RRGG (You may cast this spell by sacrificing a creature and paying the emerge cost reduced by that creature's mana value.)
If Planepyre Ashaya would enter the battlefield, if it wasn't cast with Emerge, exile it.

Significantly clunkier, but perhaps it has to be? I don't like how it looks, but I get to throw in the Emerge mechanic. You can still get it down in a normal game of magic with something like Allosaurus Rider, but that's a big resource commitment. Maybe Elemental Offering (Instant speed tribal emerge from kamigawa) is better for this.
Might be cleaner to just make it a 10cmc enchantment, right? If you can cheat Omniscience into play, and that's considered okay, there's no harm in cheating this effect into play.
So, for reference, you've got A LOT of text to cram onto a card, and that's without reminder text
The "exile if not cast" does more to make this not broken than the Emerge part (which actually makes it easier to cast earlier than at 10 mana), and as an enchantment it would actually be harder to interact with. Also, Omniscience still casts the spell, where playing my Forest Emrakul or Forest Progenitus off this can't event be responded to.
I'd cut Emerge for space, and make the ability exile it just if it wasn't cast. Its a cool ability, but it definitely needs to be at a Omniscience level casting cost.

I think it's equally hard to interact with as an enchantment or a creature in this instance because you get priority to play a land before your opponent can remove it. Omniscience is much better because you can cast all of your spells, chaining draws and tutors into what you want, and getting your cast trigger turn with Emrakul. With PPA you can play one "land" and pass. I think it's actually significantly more tame. If the text doesn't look good on the card, we can still remove the keywords, but I do like emerge here. It's slower than Griselbrand for sure

Creatures are easier to interact with than enchantments simply because more decks run creature removal in the main deck, and you always get priority to do anything first on your turn after you resolve something. This is powerful because land drop don't use the stack, so whatever you play with its ability cannot be responded to in anyway, like it has Split Second.
As for Emerge, with a mana dork or two you could ramp to it on turn 4-5
T1: Forest, Birds of Paradise
T2: Mountain, Llanowar Elf, Rampant Growth > Forest
T3: Forest, Primeval Titan, get 2 Lands that don't actually matter
T4: Emerge Ashaya off Prime Time, Play "Forest" (and if its another Primeval Titan that's a Forest, grab two more Prime Times thsat are also forests and then get four giant creatures that are forests .... PROFIT!)
I would just reanimate it with a Fetchlands or 2 waiting for the exile trigger to go on the stack. Lol. Shroud seems like the best cleanest way to prevent this.

But you've already won the game on turn 3 in a lot of decks because you resolved a Primeval Titan

I used Primetime for silliness, I could emerge it the same way with a Colossal Dreadmaw or Craw Wurm. Any 6 drop and you're emerging this guy on turn 4, and then getting a "free" creature off its land drop.
