I love evoke. It's just great. But what if it went the other way? What if instead of paying less mana to just get the ETB, I could pay more mana to get more ETB?

lul at a keyword based ETB triggers. Every one needs one of these triggers. That's some dreary design space.
I think you just wanted to make a single cycle here.
1. You are aware that evoke (which this is clearly based on) exists in more than 5 cards and that this ability also works with “leaves the battlefield” triggers, right?
2. There is precedent for mechanics getting reboots such as Chroma/Devotion or Fading/Vanishing.

Don't bother taking seriously feedback from the guy who makes 50 different keywords that wheel in slightly different ways and puts them on one card each.
As far as the cards themselves go, I think the only real knock against these finding the right combination of costs, effects and creature types where both modes are going to appear desirable. Your black one, for instance, reads really expensive at 8 for the flicker, and even a little high at 5 without it. It might be better to go for smaller effects that are more powerful when doubled up like
Shriekmom 2BB
Creature - Elemental (R)
Menace
When Shriekmom enters the battlefield, destroy target creature an opponent controls gets -3/-3 until the end of turn.
Ephemeral 4BB (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)
3/2
Now the base cost is more palatable, and flickered it can kill two small things or one big thing.

You design terrible cards and type like you are vomiting a thesaurus that you hastily ate. I don't care about your bizarre buzzwords you use or any of your feedback. Please stop posting.
Having reread Dumplings' post, I actually think these would be more interesting if you used leaves play triggers instead of ETB. That way the bonus would be getting, effectively an effect now and later instead of just later.

Some of the ones I conceptualized had leaves play triggers, these specific ones are mostly inspired by the ones in Lorwyn, as opposed to the ones in Morningtide (except the red one, it started as a Faultgrinder variant but costing land removal was annoying so I changed it entirely)
Unpronounceillark 4W
Creature- Elemental (Rare)
Flying
When Unpronounceillark leaves the battlefield, return up to one target creature card with power 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Ephemeral 5W (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)
4/3
Concords of Flight 2U
Creature - Elemental Bird (Uncommon)
Flying
While Concords of Flight is exiled, if it was exiled from the battlefield, creatures you control have flying.
Ephemeral U (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)
2/2
Mindslicerslicer 3BB
Creature - Elemental Horror (M)
Whenever Mindslicerslicer leaves the battlefield, each player discards their hand.
Ephemeral 5BB (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)
4/3
Spitehellos 4R
Creature - Elemental (C)
When Spitehellos leaves the battlefield, it deals damage equal to it's power to target creature or planeswalker.
Ephemeral 8R (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)
5/4
Stalker of the Grove 5GG

Ephemeral 4GG (You may cast this spell for its ephemeral cost. If you do, it's exiled when it enters the battlefield. Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.)

Stalker would definitely need to cost like 6GG to flickercast, not less than its normal casting cost, same with concord of flights. There's not really going to be a situation where the Ephemeral cost would be less than casting cost unless the trigger was "Discard a card" or something negative.
I definitely like these better, they feel more different than evoke than the ETB ones.

I looked at the Stalker's ability as a draw back, but it might still be too good. Might change it to just opponents making the tokens to keep the tension that was intended.
Concords of Flight was just me trying out some new design space. It's Emphemeral cost should definitely be at the least UU, I kinda got blinded by the novelty of it. Whoops lol
I misread the stalker, missed the "each player" part. It is a drawback, but you're still getting a 4/4 and an 8/8 to everyone else's only 4/4.
The flight should be UU to cast and 1UU to epemerate. Being able to control when the ability happens, especially one like this that only matters precombat, is far easier if it triggers when you cast and needs to cost more than regular cast.
