Menace, trample. 12/12
One nice thing that this being an MDFC does is that it skirts a lot of the reanimate type shenanigans that are usually problematic for an Emrakul type card. I was going to say that can't be countered and hexproof together are too punishing, but this cannot be reanimate, Show and Telled or Sneak Attacked, so its not going to break the game that way. Only real way to cheat it in is with Omniscience.
I like the flavor of the legend/true form as different faces. Only thing that seems off to me is Emrakul not having a "When you cast this spell..." trigger as all the Eldrazi Titans have had before.
Also, I wouldn't bother mentioning skulk in the losable keywords since is so rarely used.
The main thing to call out is that the first ability of Emrakul doesn't do anything. Players *already* can't do anything as another player casts a spell. That is, the wording only applies to the process of casting the spell but says nothing about what happens after it is cast, but before it resolves.
I assume this is supposed to just be Split Second so you would need something like this: "Your opponents can't cast spells or activate abilities while this spell is on the stack".

mmm That is correct actually, may as well adjust the text using the split second one as a template, thanks
Kozilek's activated ability should probably be 2CC, just to increase the likelihood of the opponent to cast removal by wearing down the shield.
A few minor wording tweaks.
Whenever Ulamog attacks, for each opponent, that player exiles ten cards from their graveyard and if they do. Create a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion token with “Sacrifice this creature: Add C.” for each color among cards exiled this way . They have “Sacrifice this creature: Add C.”
or (if you want scions counted from each player's exiled cards separately)

Break out the "Cosi enters the battlefield" text to its own line. Right now it is part of the trigger and may or may not actually function properly. You want it to be a static ability on the card
For the Landfall ability, you need to call out the land entering the battlefield. "Landfall" itself doesn't have a rules meaning which is why it is normally in italics. It is also weird that it only works once you have a land enter but also allows you to play lands. Which means that playing a land off it is unlikely to happen very often. Not necessarily a problem, but a weird interaction with the effect.
I would think you would want it to say "spend mana as though it were any *type*" so cards like its back face could be cast without needing true colorless sources.
I don't know why, but having Ula making everything Islands and then calling out Islands in the Landfall ability (which, again, needs to say "when a land enters") seems clunky. Except for corner cases with things like Blood Moon, all your lands are always going to be Islands so just say "Lands you control".
And the lands "gain" that ability. They don't "have" it.

I also agree on rowan's changes above.
