The cards Angelic Edict, Demon's Grasp, and Bathe in Dragonfire are all generic removal for limited that evoke their color's iconic large creature and are otherwise very simple commons. I would like to see similar entries created for blue and green that match these attributes.
Blue would very likely be a sphynx's riddle, but green is less clear. Hydras are probably more likely to be used than wurms at this point, but it's not clear to me what either of them would do that matches this theme.
Here are some quick attempts but I'm more curious what other people would think of for filling these holes.
The green one could be something that maybe doubles the number of counters on a creature.
Blue one is undercoated for it's effect. All the others are relatively expensive for the effect. Like Bathe is basically flame slash but 2 more Mana. Logic would be the Sphinx's should cost at least 3 at the minimum.
The green one should be a fight effect of some kind since very other entry in the cycle is a color-flavored removal spell. I also agree the blue entry is undercosted.

Sphinx's Riddle | 1U
Instant
Return target creature, instant spell, or sorcery spell to its owner's hand.
Hydra's Hunger | 4G
Sorcery
Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature you control. Then it fights up to one other target creature you don't control.
I actually think that the original version of Sphinx's Riddle was far superior to this. This version is a strictly worse Unsubstantiate, which wasn't exactly a strong card to start.
The new Hydra spell is much better at completing the cycle though.

You're not wrong that it's stronger, but I think an unsummon variant is better for limited than a counterspell. I could even see it just be a Voyage's End functional reprint, which would be weaker outside of Theros limited anyway.
These cards look more like the cycle finale than anything else in all honesty. Only change I'd possibly make is make the blue one cost 5 and bounce 2 nonland permanents. That's just to make it more along the lines of the extreme costs. Even though that spell already almost exists. I think it's 5 to bounce 2 creatures.

Not quite, but close. I want to say there is a much more recent card that bounces 2 that is a sorcery. I know I was disappointed because I was like I'd pay the 1 more Mana for Sea God's Revenge.

Instant
Counter target instant, sorcery, or legendary spell.
Sorcery
Put three +1/+1 counters on target creature.
Older Magic as a Board Game: Panglacial Wurm , Mill
I'm kinda meh on Hydra's Emulation. It's good and makes sense, it just isn't as interactive as the rest of the cycle. That's green though.
Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger
Omnath, Locus of Rage
Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy
Toshiro Umezawa
Thraximundar
Jirina Kudro
Geist of Saint Traft
Krark, the Thumbless + Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
