Belbe is an old fan-favorite from MtG lore. She was in charge of deciding who would rule over Rath in name of the Phyrexians. She had a rather interesting story that I recommend checking out. I based her ability on Eye of Yawgmoth, but tweaked a little bit to play better in her colors. I was also thinking that an Evolutionary Leap version might be even cooler.

Deathtouch BG, T, sacrifice another creature: Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the sacrificed creature's power. Put one of them into your hand, then put the rest of the cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.

Doesn't need the reveal clause, and the cards put on bottom should be in a random order to save time/ prevent deck stacking, but other than that, looks good. Probably better than whatever garbage we'll get for Belbe
Honestly at a first glance this card seems very strong, but when you think about the value commanders we have been getting over the past few years this actually feels tame. I like the edits from the original version.
