For some reason I just don't like it. Doesn't feel right. Making an emblem on a plus is so rare. When that has happened the second was a minus. Also ultimate the turn you play it. While probably won't be that good considering the CC. Just doesn't feel good.
Maybe the emblem could effect only dogs or something. Idk.

The ultimate is to jump from 6 to 12. It's meant to be game breaking in the same way other ultimates are, if not a tad situational.
Not every Planeswalker needs the same format. Almost every set we see slight variations in the "typical" planeswalker make up.
The abilities here are a touch weak tbh, so altering the emblem to be far, far worse is not going to happen.
