Kiora is a big disappointment. She is a vanilla 1/2 for 2 unless you manage to flip her. All the other flip walkers are good outside them flipping. They aren't particularly strong cards but they arent this bad.
The planeswalker is equally disappointing. You've already played your giant threat to flip her so why are two of her abilities ramp? This is like a turn 5 or 7 flip why is she playing like a turn 3 walker? Even the ultimate is underwhelming two more giant beasts two turns after you played your first one. It doesn't even help them leaving them vulnerable to removal.
Her flipping on getting a monster is perfect but like the other nonbolas walkers she needs to help you get there. Give her a built in cost reduction or make her ramp like Uro.
The walker wants to be relevant after she flipped. Considering how late she is flipping she wants to refill your hand with monsters like Nissa's + and her ultimate should do a lot more than make you sad your opponent plays wraths.

These are some very good points. I will modify her based on your feedback now. Let me know if this version is better
That is much better but now I question if the base form is too strong. A discount of 2 is rather significant such that you might actually be in trouble after you transform due to not being able to cast your large creatures. You probably want to keep one ramp aspect on the walker side so you don't get stuck with uncastable monsters.
