I'm glad you at least admit that its obviously busted. A land that essentially completely shuts down an archtype is simply unprintable. Yes, there are past lands that nearly do this but those lands were either mistakes or part of a design philosophy that is flawed and was abandoned, also probably were a mistake then as well. On a note of powerlevel of lands. Maze of Ith would be considered broken by today's standards, look at its more recent replacements Labyrinth of Skophos. This is because lands have an exceedingly low opportunity cost to add to a deck, especially if they add colored mana.
A quirk of lands is that you shouldn't make a land that taps for colored, enters untapped, and has no drawback. Because if a land does this then it is "better than a basic" and fight above the curve of what a land should be. It isn't about a single land like this it is that if such a design philosophy didn't exist then there would be no need for basic lands as they are steadily replaced by lands that are "Better than a basic". Your land fails this as legendary, for this purpose, isn't a drawback.
The most pushed I could see a land meant to hose weenie strategies would actually be a worse/limited Maze of Ith. Hot Gates
Land - Gate t: add C t: Remove target attacking or blocking creature with converted mana costs 2 or less from combat.
Going a different route we can try a mass debuff at an actual cost. SeaGate
Land - Gate
~ enters the battlefield tapped. t: add U 1U,t: attacking creatures get -1/-0 until end of turn.
