Yebohem, the Sword Piper: Might I suggest a new name for the first one? Commander Virjeon the Call to Arms? That could become a name for just general Magic players. Maybe Vargon, Vaegon, or Vongae instead? The ideal here is that the concept and the name is a bit of a far cry from Elvish Piper—which does very graceful what it sets out to do and doesn't leave any loop-holes. Sometimes this can't be helped—but I don't think this is one of those cases. Effect is a bit overzealous to include planeswalkers in it. I don't think you'll typically be seeing any reward for attacking them, and lesser evolutionaries wouldn't be enthused to help you attack them. If you really want to do something with planeswalkers, why don't you just take this effect and put it into a punishing Aura, that lets you search your library once a turn for a creature with power less than or equal to enchanted planeswalker's loyalty and put it on the battlefield. Although the current design might seem really resourceful for Elves, they'd really rather just draw cards. There a veryefficientgroup of cards, that just need a surplusto put their numbers to good use. Something cheap that draws cards would be exactly that.
Inluog, Brief-lived Genius: Not sure why you would want a design like this named Short-Lived Genius. How about Onyxelon the Newborn Genius? It's also unnecessary to lose the non-artifact cards you exile with it, you mine as well just be able to shuffle them back into your library. Not having those cards to possibly draw into, search for, or cast can be a drawback of its own. This kind of potentially time-lapsed effect doesn't need that unnecessary restriction. There's also no difference between hedonism of the mind and the body. Hedonism is hedonism—it doesn't matter how you're indulging yourself. The card looks a little bulky—why not boil it down into two effects—drafting the precepts of Arcanis the Omnipotent? It's unnecessary to hide them face down—at least it's not as strategic. From a defensive stand-point, you want to be able to gauge your opponent's reaction to see if they're holding anything. And from an offensive stand-point, you want to know what you're missing so you don't go wasting any other resources. There's no aspect of imbalance here in doing so. Fair is fair. Maybe give him flash while you're at it? It can act as a response to when player's attempt to mill you.
: Exile the top three cards of your library. You may activate this ability the turn ~ enters the battlefield.
If ~ would leave the battlefield, reveal all cards exiled with it and put all artifact cards revealed this way onto the battlefield. Shuffle the rest into your library.
Gozyj, the Gravedigger Prince: This guy definitely wants a more ominous name. Maybe something like Roan (as in horses). Gravediggers are incredibly thick-built characters (he probably doesn't want to be a skeleton on that note). In any case, you definitely want a name that reflects such power or majestic nature. Doroan—or even Dorian could be a neat backup to this—although I don't think that's necessary. The second feel-bad aspect here for me is the fact that he's a Price doing a King's work. I think a concept such as this type of Gravedigger is a highlander title—in which there can only be one. You mine as well bump him up to a king, or another high ruling title that doesn't notion inferiorities of any kind. The effect is kind of unimaginative and hopeful at best. I hate to think you'd have that kind of resource to burn on something so indefinite. The playability kinda botches the essence of being a ruler of any-kind, even if only a small-time ruler. I would suggest making it less taxing, with more imaginative restrictions or boundaries, or do something else and change the functionality entirely. Try something maybe like—making him regenerate—and then whenever a creature regenerates gain control of it; or if a creature would die, you may pay BBB. If you do, gain control of that creature instead.
Detej, Praiser of the Meek: The concept here is just entirely backwards—blind and autonomous logic. Meekness is no strength at all. The meek are incapable, incompetent, untrustworthy, inept—hopelessly unintelligible, unathletic, or unethical. It is promised that the meek will inherit the earth, but one should be able to discern it will be handed to them by the almighty, who fought for, and won it by the measures of his (or their) strength and prowess. So this guy would essentially be like a redeemer of the meek, or an uplifter. The effect is pretty sweet and to the point. I don't see anything especially wrong with it. If you just want it to be a protector, then you should give it viligance and make it preventdamage to 1/1's instead. Maybe it teaches them to band together like ants, with an inverse effect something like a throwback to Llanowar Behemoth? I think anything dealing with lots of 1/1's probably wants to be able to draw cards. Since I don't have an overview of the project development, it's impossible for me to know here the support would be coming from (token creation or otherwise). I'll just leave it at that.
Lomfzu, Pyre Auger: I'm not a big fan on whimsical names for devil creatures. I think what you have here is more of a 5th dimensional imp name—so essentially it's an imp's name. I do realize the way they painted devils is very close to imps. I personally don't see it that way. Devils are the highest class of evil. They are on the level of majorentities—with an evil or hedonistic standing. Just feel the need to explain all this when I say that. The name and title doesn't carry much weight in general. You're looking to reflect some majesty with a leader, so there needs to be some commanding essence about. The effect seems pretty hopeful, but how often will you really have the mana to play those spells? Will you go out on a limb for it and withhold what you could have casted? Probably not. It will likely take you mana to knock out creatures or planewalkers with damage, leaving you very little to make use of the effect. Every mana is precious and counts. I would suggest making it more self-sufficient, so that this effect can operate by itself, in self-reliance, with maybe some restrictions or boundaries or interactivity conditions as to what spells can be cast by it.
