Just an attempt to juice up Spider Tribal. It's hard to find out where Spiders belong as far as their mechanical identity, aside from big Reach guys, so I went with some designs that play with combat as well as some general synergy in the colors of Jund.

Sad to see not a single response here. I have a few things I could point out.
As an Enchantment, your design wants to embody a type of web, and not the actual aspect of being caught in one (that would be like a spell).
Gargantula's abilities should be melded together because they're dealing with the same interaction. "Gargantula can block up to eight creatures and can't be blocked by less than eight Creatures." You mine as well give it Flying. If a spider that big jumps, then it's flying—right? Mineaswell be—close enough.
Acidlash Spider is too Old World contemporary. It makes no sense why it destroys Enchantments. And limiting the creature to a flying one isn't necessary. You mine as well have it destroy a creature with power x or less (or the whole lot CMC or less). It would be way better if it was just Artifacts/Creatures (maybe with a limitation—and then with a bonus effect).
Gravewidow probably wants to be Monoblack. Don't confine yourself to cliches and stereotypes. It's great flavor to make monocolor animal/insect designs outside of green. And probably wants to be a 4/3 or a 3/2.
The Doomwidow is legendary, so it definitely wants to be a 3/5 in the least for a tricolor (maybe a 2/5 at only three mana). The effects are kind of basic, and I think it would be cooler if worked off a more dynamic interaction. However, they are a neat set of typical combat tricks, and I'm sure it would be a popular card for its potential.
Mistweaver probably wants to be monoblue, which is extremely odd, but also extremely neat. It would probably want to function something like Wall of Vapor or Wall of Tears instead of Fog/Moment's Peace.
I'm gonna disagree with the previous poster on most of his color judgement.
Fog and Return to the Earth are both solid in green, so Mistweaver and Acidlash make good sense in monogreen as they are, though the latter should probably be a little more expensive. Killing any creature, though, would require adding black to the cost.
Gargantula should probably be more expensive, unless it's a mythic, but I'm not seeing red in it's abilities. It could be monogreen or green white.
Black doesn't get reach, so gravewidow needs to be green black as it's written. It's a very effecient 4/4 for 4, so it's probably a rare.
I agree that caught in the web needs a different name, something evoking the web itself. The taxing attackers ability is a white ability though, not green, so you are stretching at best to have it in monogreen.
Lastly, do a check of the names against a magic database, I think a few of those are already card names.
