0: Until end of turn, ~ becomes a 3/3 Viashino Barbarian creature that’s still a planeswalker with "At the end of the turn if this creature fought with another creature place three loyalty counters on it."
-1: Deal 1 damage to any target and return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
-3: Each opponent chooses a number of permanents they control equal to the number of loyalty counters on Rvasi, then sacrifices the rest. Each opponent discards cards the same way.
Loyalty - 2
Challenge tokens are interesting. To make it a significant part of a set it would have to branch into a third color as you have done. But black should also be the color that uses them in different ways. Similar to how green uses food in eldrain.
Colosseum Hopeful, this effect just feels white. It's also moderately weak because you can't build synergies with it. Though you can't reasonably make it stronger.
Arena Rhino, an excellent common. Depending on how the set shapes up it may end up as too small for the cost but that is a late design problem.
Ongoing Promotion, a simple fight token maker should probably be green because green needs it. As a black card I would rather this let's you sac fight tokens for some other benefit.
Ring-Seat Assassin, I don't get the flavor here. Based on the name I assumed it was supposed to be a flash fighter. That said "can't be blocked" is solidly the exclusive domain of blue. Black only gets it as "can't block or be blocked." Which might help the flavor of this card.
Promt Provocation, another great common. I would prefer to test it as a sorcery for 1 less.
Rvasi, Thrill Seeker, that ultimate is gross and way too easy to achieve. The 0 is interesting but you should change some numbers and make it trigger on being dealt damage rather than specifically fighting. It allows it to play much better and the ultimate is already gross and should change. The - is absurdly strong. At its costs it is one of if not the best regrowth effects in the game. And you should never have a planeswalker have any one of its normal abilities be the best possible way to get that effect.
Seems I'm good at making green commons and not much else.
Here is attempt #2:

Enchantment R
At the beginning of your upkeep create a Challenge Token.
Sacrifice three artifacts: Search your library for a creature card, exile it and shuffle your library. Each player may bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of any number. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and may place the exiled card onto the battlefield under their control.
Rvasi, Thrill Seeker BRG
Planeswalker - Rvasi M
When Rvasi enters the battlefield create a Challenge Token.
0: Until end of turn, ~ becomes a 3/3 Viashino Barbarian creature that’s still a planeswalker with "At the end of the turn if a creature dealt damage by this creature dies this turn, put two loyalty counters on ~."
-1: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand, it deals damage equal to its converted mana cost to you.
-3: Destroy target permanent. That permanent's controller sacrifices a permanent.
Loyalty - 2
Change the name to Taunt tokens instead. Using an item to issue a challenge is something white and blue would do and flavorfully fitting for Knights. Black, red & green would fight without formally asking. Taunt is generic enough and every color could insult their opponent into fighting.
